The good reviews are most likely paid reviews, there’s no way this place is what they say. I came in and a guy was returning the glasses because they got the prescription wrong for him. I should have left then and there. Everything seemed fine, they told me my glasses would be there in 7-10 days. Ok the 8th day I called in to check and see if they possibly came on, nope, now it’s another almost 2 weeks until they come in, very rude customer service, the way they talk to you is ridiculous. They lied and said it’s because of the holiday, as if 1 day can make such a drastic impact. I came in and returned the glasses, it’s been a month they still have not communicated with my insurance that they have been returned, I even called them and asked them and they said they did it. I don’t understand how this place is still operating, utter disgust and no care for potential customers to even try and win their business. This place needs to under go a drastic staff change. Stay away or you will learn the hard way as I did. AMERICAS best is down the road, much better than this place. I wish I could give 0 stars for this. Read the negative reviews of this place and those are the legit ones as opposed to the most likely paid ones which are around 5 stars.

Holly at this location is excellent! I went to two other places (one online and one local- America’s Worst) to order contacts and neither one of them could pull it off. I go in here and Holly has me out the door with order placed in 5-10 minutes. Thank you very much for how easy this order was to be placed.

The store personnel that were there to assist where courteously greeted me as I walked through the door they should personal attention even with other people in the store that they were showing personal attention to it was remarkable. When you go into a store like that with so many options. And you don't know exactly what your insurance is really gonna do. You know help with and some instances. They were able to pull the data, Let me know what choices I had within my insurance. Obviously, I can operate outside of this parameters, But its good to know. And whenever I faced choice paralysis, they jumped in assisted and helped me pick out frames that would work best for me. After that, we talked about the Lens options. The knowledge and understanding they had of their product made for simple choices. Things that I was considering but I was on the fence, their information was able to help me make the best decision for me. This is the place for you if you need glasses.

I have never felt so disgusted, disrespected, or handled in such a way by a Sales Representative until I met Shelly at the Rockwall location. I felt rushed, dismissed, and almost had to pay for a service my insurance covered at 100%. Her body language showed that my asking questions about frames and my insurance coverage got on her nerves. Thanks to Holley for assisting me because I was about to explode.

The optometrist and their clinic were fantastic.Staff at visionworks were not helpful. I was the only customer there at that moment and they didn’t wanna help. I went in to purchase my year supply of contact lenses. This is not my first rodeo - I have been buying contacts yearly for the last 20 years so I knew I am getting bad service. How hard is it to give me pricing on different brands? It isn’t! But in this location with those two staff - it was.I am glad that their service was so bad it made me look into other retailers. Found and bought my year supply of the same exact brand contact lenses for $100 cheaper and I am getting them today - in one day! AND you can return any unopened contact lenses if your prescription changes! There are better deals out there and staff with actual customer service skills!

I came to this location after first going to an eyelab in Forney (nothing wrong at eyelab, just wanted a pair of black frames) this location has a pretty decent selection of frames to choose from, and all 3 staff members present while I was there were kind and helpful. They all 3 gave opinions on the frames I chose, as far as being the right shape for my face shape. But yall. Honestly what drove me to leave a review is walking in today. I went to Walmart to get a case for new sunglasses, and they didn't have much at all. So I came here, remembering the selection of frames they had. Well, the woman who was working at the time told me they do not sell cases here, but she automatically offered to see if they had cases in the back that would fit. Yall. Free! Literally, she did not know that I was even a customer, and would be picking up my black frames in a week or so. That blew me away. THAT kind of treatment lead me to make sure I would leave a review. Bravo.

Employees at this site have been helpful in guiding me to find frames which work with my prescription and that I find aesthetically appealing. I’ve come here for several years and have never been disappointed in the staff or the service!

Great experience at this store. Quick and efficient service with helpful and friendly reps. I was needing a new set of prescription glasses and two sets of prescription sunglasses. The rep checked my insurance versus in-store discounts that were available and was helpful in my selection. I had two grandkids with me and was by myself so I didn’t have a lot of time and they were very quick with service.

I have worn glasses for about 20 years. I purchased my last pair from Visionworks in Rockwall. I purchased a great looking Nike sport glasses. The glasses looked great and the my vision was great with them. The problem was that the lenses kept popping out. I had them put back in 2 times at Visionworks and I put them back in about 3 times. I decided I did not want the glasses because of this issue. I had the glasses for 5 months, which is well over the 100 day return policy at Visionworks. I took the glasses in and explained the problem and the manager said I could return the glasses and he would replace them with any pair of equal value. This was the first time I purchased glasses from Visionworks and from now on I will only purchase glasses at Visionworks. Thank you Visionworks.

I was given space to look if I wanted to. I was helped right away and given so much information. The help and customer service was amazing. When I asked about various discounts there were none on top of the deal they had. I didn't think my vision medical had kicked in yet. So she called and checked for me. She saved me over $100 thank y'all so much.
