The staff at nearly every Walgreens I've been to has been friendly and this place is no exception. The problems come from corporate policies that delay customers in getting their meds including central medication filling, poor website and app, refusal in enabling their staff to help their customers find their needed meds and more. I've been slowly switching to another pharmacy but now is the time I cut Walgreens out of my life for good.

It’s 2:30 am and I have been driving in the pouring down rain all night. I needed to charge the car up and this Walgreens has a charging station. Thank goodness they are also 24 hrs. I have an hour to spare waiting on the car to charge. I’m starving at this point. I was chatting with Jose and jokingly asked why they don’t serve hot food. He said “go get something frozen and I’ll heat it for you”. I thought he was joking. He actually went out of his way and “ made” me dinner. Talk about five star service. Thanks Jose, you and Sam make a great team.

People be careful when fill your medication from this pharmacy. Pharmacy staff is less educated they can dispense wrong medication. in the past they have dispensed wrong patient medication to me.
Also last week I was given wrong medication o me when asked a different medication. I paid $52. was asked to call store manager. I spoke to Hop/lady store manager. She sounded like non medical and Unprofessional. Never wanted to listen anything, stating pharmacy will dispense every medication that was sent from the doctors office, doesn’t matter if it’s as needed medication, Also doesn’t matter if patient uses it or not. Be careful to check your prescriptions before you leave the pharmacy window.
Pharmacy staff, store manager, do not know what they do.

Trying to talk to the pharmacy technicians is like trying to talk to the tree in my backyard. Every time I call they transfer me to the pharmacy and the call hangs up.

This place sucks. They never notify you that you have prescriptions ready, or when they do you go to pick up and out of nowhere they no longer have it and it takes over a week to get it in. Ridiculous.

Very unprofessional of Cindy Lopez pharmaceutical staff. My doctor called in script last week and was listed as delayed on app. After 15 minutes on and off hold just to get then run around by Jose who couldn't connect me with a pharmacist (even though he mentioned two were in office). This caused me to drive to store and wait to.speak to pharmacist. Harold finally came out at end and couldn't answer not one of my questions. The medication so badly needed helps me perform my job and minimal pain. Harold was not able to answer when it was called in or how long delayed. He said central call center probably listed the delay but no one from Cindy's team bother to check with my doctors for reason delayed. This hasn't happened at other stores. I believe he mentioned central call center calls the doctor. Regardless, my wonderful doctor called and cleared the issue and provided excellent customer service. I would pick a lower star if available. Cindy you and your team failed me and Walgreens.

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever.?
Nothing is ever in stock, and the customer service is abysmal.
This company is why no-stars should be an option.

Multiple problems getting meds here. When automated system alerts me that meds are ready then I wait in drive thru 30 minutes to find out no meds ready! Ridiculous! And they are rude about it!

One of the places where I have had terrible service, specifically the Old Lady ? short They shouldn't have people with that attitude, especially if they know they have to deal with more people, if they don't want to deal with people, don't work there or if they are having a bad day, I don't know. take it out on the customers…..Terrible Terrible

I have been coming to Walgreens before the cashier Lauren got hired there. I was in the line to pay for my items which I had to wait because the customer before me was getting something else out of cosmetic which Lauren already had started ringing her up..I waited for a good 5 mins. The cashier that was in cosmetic stated she will ring me up. As soon as I left the line Lauren rung up the customer behind me. (Lauren)waited until the lady in cosmetic call me over to ring up my merchandise. Lauren voided the lady that was in line before me merchandise out and took the customer that was behind. Today I went to Walgreens and Lauren again didn’t even wanted me to see if I had points are not. Lauren is rude and prejudice every time a black person enter never acknowledge them. But as soon as a caucasian walk in she acknowledge them. It’s sad that racism still exist in Rockwall Tx.

Today I went into the Ridge Road Pharmacy and they diligently worked together to get medication that was tied up by other pharmacies filing claims against it to receive payment and to prevent other pharmacies from being able to process while they do nothing with it in the name of a BACK ORDER. And in most cases your order is no longer considered when the medication is in stock when a claim beyond a week or two is on it.The Ridge Rd pharmacy showed me that they were concerned that it had been over a month with no medication and called my insurance company and gave me the numbers to the pharmacies that needed to reverse the claim they put against my prescription. Until finally I went home with medication in hand.I can’t thank the staff enough, Shonda and Crystal and others for going the extra mile.
