Terrible customer service! I have been calling pharmacy’s for a while now and have never gone through this. (Work for a peds office) The guy I spoke to was rude, unhelpful, and couldn’t answer any of the questions. He didn’t say he didn’t know the answers which would’ve been a better response than what he did give me, he was passive aggressive which is insane to me. Also a comment he made which left me speechless was “this call could have been done already if you just…” wow

Be prepared to wait on hold for 25+ minutes anytime you need to get ahold of them.

I brought the prescription from the doctor to cvs pharmacy and they said I had to wait two hours for 2 medicine ????
But when I went to Walgreens pharmacy , they just told me to wait half an hour and 15 minutes later, the medicine I needed was ready. They work very quickly and are friendly. Thank you Jason and the staff for helping me get my medicine

Do NOT go here!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband was prescribed pain pills for a kidney stone. They were the 24 hour pharmacy the hospital sent the prescription to. First, they said they can't look up insurances. Even when given his insurance card, they said they needed his prescription card. We have the same insurance and I have NEVER given a prescription card? They always just use my insurance card. Oh, this is AFTER it was sent to the wrong walgreens and this walgreens said they can't access each other databases....which is interesting because today, my husband gets a text saying his meds they didn't have (after we waiting and hour and an half!) Were ready. I go to pick it up. I'm told they have no prescriptions for him, it's all at the other one (that they can suddenly now see). According to them, we have actually picked up any prescriptions EVER from them. I asked the guy if I imagine sitting there for an hour and a half last night while they filled some and he said he didn't know what to tell me, we've never been there. Even showing him receipts, he claims we never went there. He also said we could pick up all the medicine (including the ones he filled last night) from a different walgreens. Call the other walgreens and according to them, they have only the one and everything else is at the first one (you know, the one I've "never been to").
Long story short, don't ever go here if you actually need medicine and help. They are useless.

Walgreens is the worst place to use the pharmacy because corporate doesn't treat the workers well. God forbid you have to call them.Their phone music must have been designed by a focus group in hell trying to find the most annoying and psychologically insidious system possible. It's the worst music, and then every 6 seconds it actually sounds like someone picks up, so you keep checking, but it's still that same recording letting you know that everyone is still busy because apparently they overwork and underpay their pharmacists and don't staff the stores with enough people.And that just goes on forever and when they finally answer you get so excited you wake up and drop the phone while screaming for them not to hang up and just as you get it to your ear they hang up.However if you want borrow against the equity in your home you can get a cash advance and spend like 6 thousand dollars on some vitamin e, some nasal spray with Equidorian instructions that the pump immediately breaks on, and a kids pool toy, which they have a whole section for, for some reason, then I suppose you could do worse...They don't pay their pharmacists enough, overwork them, understaff the stores, and it shows.

This pharmacy is always busy but they do a good job of getting customers through the drive-through as quickly as possible. Employees are friendly and courteous. The store is well stocked and has a great greeting card selection.

If you need medicine, go somewhere else. Horrible service, horrible turn-a-round time, can't get access staff via phone. On hold for an hour every time I call. Beyond frustrating. Don't learn the hard way, just use someone else.

Came in to check on my order at the pharmacy. They finally told me in person after waiting for four hours that my insurance didn’t cover it. Why With a waste my time and not just send me a secure message or something along those lines to let me know instead of having me worrying wait?

Horrible service. On hold for over an hour each time I call. Automated system is a joke and the managers are rude. Try Krogers, much better.

By far the worst walgreens period. My infant daughter was just discharged from Childrens Health ER in Dallas and they told me 2 hrs for her medicine and I asked if I could wait instead and they said no. I stressed that my daughter needed the medicine immediately. She said they were too busy. So, I come back two hours later for them to tell me they didnt have the medicine in stock..then I watched a pharmacy tech and pharmacist tell an elderly woman to go check an aisle instead of showing her or looking up that they didnt even carry what she was requesting.

I love this place. I always find what I'm looking for. Pharmacy dept is always working so hard. Like them much better than the CVS. Prices are good. Place is always clean, they always greet you. I've been to other pharmacies and this is one of the best.

Would give. Zero star the worst costumer service- waited 20 minutes to pick up prescriptions and then cashier was rude I'll be moving my prescriptions asap
