Walgreens is the worst place to use the pharmacy because corporate doesn't treat the workers well. God forbid you have to call them.Their phone music must have been designed by a focus group in hell trying to find the most annoying and psychologically insidious system possible. It's the worst music, and then every 6 seconds it actually sounds like someone picks up, so you keep checking, but it's still that same recording letting you know that everyone is still busy because apparently they overwork and underpay their pharmacists and don't staff the stores with enough people. And that just goes on forever and when they finally answer you get so excited you wake up and drop the phone while screaming for them not to hang up and just as you get it to your ear they hang up.However if you want borrow against the equity in your home you can get a cash advance and spend like 6 thousand dollars on some vitamin e, some nasal spray with Equidorian instructions that the pump immediately breaks on, and a kids pool toy, which they have a whole section for, for some reason, then I suppose you could do worse...They don't pay their pharmacists enough, overwork them, understaff the stores, and it shows.

This pharmacy is always busy but they do a good job of getting customers through the drive-through as quickly as possible. Employees are friendly and courteous. The store is well stocked and has a great greeting card selection.

If you need medicine, go somewhere else. Horrible service, horrible turn-a-round time, can't get access staff via phone. On hold for an hour every time I call. Beyond frustrating. Don't learn the hard way, just use someone else.

Came in to check on my order at the pharmacy. They finally told me in person after waiting for four hours that my insurance didn’t cover it. Why With a waste my time and not just send me a secure message or something along those lines to let me know instead of having me worrying wait?

Horrible service. On hold for over an hour each time I call. Automated system is a joke and the managers are rude. Try Krogers, much better.

By far the worst walgreens period. My infant daughter was just discharged from Childrens Health ER in Dallas and they told me 2 hrs for her medicine and I asked if I could wait instead and they said no. I stressed that my daughter needed the medicine immediately. She said they were too busy. So, I come back two hours later for them to tell me they didnt have the medicine in stock..then I watched a pharmacy tech and pharmacist tell an elderly woman to go check an aisle instead of showing her or looking up that they didnt even carry what she was requesting.

I love this place. I always find what I'm looking for. Pharmacy dept is always working so hard. Like them much better than the CVS. Prices are good. Place is always clean, they always greet you. I've been to other pharmacies and this is one of the best.

Stood in line for 20 minutes, not a problem. Only to be told, after we called to ensure we could do a walk in covid vaccine, that we couldnt be seen and that we had to leave and try again in an hour. By that time we would be home (only place that offers the phizer vaccine without an appointment scheduled on our day off). Why couldnt we wait? Why couldnt she let us know, after she heard us say that we were here for the walk in covid shot that there was no point waiting? Most pointless two and half hours of my life.

Spent 6 hours trying to just get them to pick up the phone so I could transfer a script. So if you're just casually trying to pick up unimportant medicine for people that don't matter to you, then look no further. Finally quit and just called a different Walgreens. Someone needs to get fired.

Absolutely awful. I understand that the pandemic has caused issues with all companies and I understand that some meds are running low and hard to get but Ive spent the past 6 months being lied to by this pharmacy telling me week after week when I asked "why is the price different each time?" and them telling me they were using my insurance and they were not. Lied to again and again, I was also told several times over the phone my meds were ready and when I got there they were not and they didn't take responsibility. DO NOT USE!!!!

This pharmacy is horrible! They have signs that say left side pick up only, drop off both sides. I waited in line in the morning and got there at 7:05. This truck goes to the wrong side and gets there after I finally got up to window. Rude pharmacy employee did not tell him to go get in the line and just let him do a pick up. My call button was lit up so I started to saying hello? Then I pressed it and already heard the other call calling I guess he beat me hitting the button. He starts dude's pick up and tells me to wait. He takes ten years and kept coming back to call the guy that cut. After 10 minutes I pressed the button and told them how is that fair? And he just walked off and dismissed me. So I kept callin to try to get supervisor as supervisor said it's the new policy that both can be pick ups. WELL THEN YOUR SIGNS SHOULD REFLECT THAT!!!! such bs I didn't leave until almost 8 when she finally got my info line took 3 seconds... I was sooo mad they need to update their signs or follow them!! Made me late to work when he could have easily tried to get us both... instead doin that guy for 40 minutes...

slowest Walgreens around. plus they constantly don't have enough medication to fill your prescription in full. this means a second trip
