This gym is very welcoming and friendly. I stopped in for a jiu jitsu class while traveling. The technique and live rounds were great. The overall gym culture favors learning and growing.

I brought my 14 year old son here to learn how to protect himself against bullies, the mma class is outstanding, They really do a good job teaching. I feel sorry for the next bully.
