Girls at the front are lovely so this directed at Manager Stephanie. You didn’t clean a furry sweater I gave them permission to ruin it did not come clean and signed a release: Hang up and tagged as washed charged me $25.99 and did not wash it. I know because it had egg yolk on it. Scammed me and thought I wouldn’t notice. $26 worth of con. Easily could have refused or tried. They did refund me but I don’t feel comfortable coming back to this business. Better pricing anywhere else this was just close to my home.

Rolled into the drive-thru, hit that black hose thing expecting a BONG!—got nothing. Drove back over it twice like I was jump-starting a lawnmower. Still silence.
Went inside, handed over my shirt with a missing button. Marlene took one look and said, “We’ll fix it, but the shirt might file a complaint.” She bent a wire hanger like a Jedi and somehow turned my wrinkled mess into boardroom-ready magic.
Sure, the drive-thru alert is more of a suggestion than a system—but the service? Spot on.
Your Cleaners: Where the equipment’s questionable, but your clothes come out better than you.

Good cleaning experience. I don't go to the cleaners often but I go here when I do, I've never had trouble from them.
Only thing I don't like is occasionally these plastic tab things they will sometimes use to tag the items. I already hate when the manufacturer uses these stupid plastic things, I would rather y'all just use staples or safety pins or something. I have to go get scissors or rip it through fabric to get these off.

Very disappointed after 15 years as a customer I was told yesterday that the shirt they damaged won't be covered and I'd have to pay to have the stain they made removed. Very sad. You'd rather lose a customer of 15 years who drove out of his way to stay with you over the last 13 years than make the matter right. So long. Taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely wonderful staff and management, I have been coming here for about 2 years now and everytime it has been great service with great performance. If there were any problems, it would be resolved quickly and with ease. Recently I had some buttons replaced and Ms. Thuy, the manager, was very kind, reactive, and helpful with every bit of the way. Truly made a customer for life here. Will keep on coming here for my future dry cleaning.

Have taken only about 10 items. They have damaged 2.... 2 out of 10, not a place for me. One of the items came back missing a button. The other, the they damaged a metal button (bent out of shape) on some jeans and they just glued it back on there.

Have gone here several times now, but there has been a couple times including the last time I went here, where I have wondered if my clothes even get washed... I paid for 2 dresses and when I went to pick them up the next day, I could still smell my perfume on them...

Three incidents within a month. My black jeans were starched and it left stains. The employee wanted to argue with me about cleaning them at no charge. The other incident was with two pair of my blue work khakis, the starched also damaged them. They said they would clean them at no charge. I come to pick them up a week later and I'm told they don't have any records of my khakis being there. This has been the most horrible experience I've had with any cleaners.
