“I made a reservation for a pickup a few days before I needed it. I was about 30 minutes late picking it up. The gentleman that helped me at the counter was quick and efficient. When I went to leave I noticed a lock on the hitch pin. When I went back inside another gentleman asked almost immediately if he could help me. and I told him about the lock. He came right out and removed it for me. I wish I would have gotten his name. He was very nice, personable and had a lot of knowledge about vehicles. Thank you all for the painless rental.”

“The readiness and usefulness of the truck was great, as well as the customer service. However, the truck smelled heavily of Cigarette smoke, which made the driving of the truck uncomfortable and in someways, unbearable. I would appreciate a non-smoking truck the next time I rent from U-Haul.”
