A very professional automotive shop. I had an excellent and smooth experience and highly recommend this place! I had an amazing experience at Goodyear. The manager, Mohammed, was especially helpful and professional. He took the time to clearly explain the issues with my car and made sure I understood all my options. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and runs the shop with honesty and integrity. The entire team was friendly, efficient, and skilled. They got my car back on the road quickly and at a fair price. Had an appointment at 11 am, showed up for a closed sign to be on the door due to the IT outage. I can understand an outage but I wasted my time driving all the way out there because I did not receive a phone call or anything to be made aware they were closed.

During my recent visit, I had a bad experience at 2824 Bee Cave Road Rollingwood, TX 78746.
date: 05/24/2024.
Even after I requested tire rotation, Good Year did not do tire rotation, and when I asked about tire rotation salesperson lied on my face saying I did not ask for it. I had booked service online and it mentioned tire rotation I told the salesperson before handing over the car keys. it took more than 2 hours to do just an oil change.
