I had a package delivered using FedEX hold at location. Staff returned my package twice saying it was too big even though it was well under the dimensions on FedEX hold at location on Dollar General’s website. My package was 20x18x18 and 40lbs. Website says packages must be under 48x25x25 and under 55lbs. My package met all the requirements listed. Staff took no responsibility and acted like it was acceptable that they returned it. If you aren’t going to follow the guidelines, then don’t be a hold location. It makes it very difficult for people.

I had gone to a different store for some envelopes, but they didn't have any. I went to Dollar General and loe and behold, they had envelopes and other mail related things. I was in a hurry, so thank goodness they had some. Great store.
