Today I called my local post office in Roma to make arrangements for my held mail to be delivered to the house. The young man who answered took care of that for me. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I’ve always had nothing but positive experiences at my local Roma Post Office.

Would rate this zero stars, unfortunately that’s not possible. Employees are so rude and disrespectful! And are not helpful when it’s most needed. They up-mostly lack the skill of customer service! And any other aspects of it! They should really consider having someone supervising them at all times! So they can see how they mistreat the customers!

Went to renew my passport book after scheduling the appointment on USPS website. Claudia took care of me. She was very attentive and professional, helped me take the picture required for the passport. She’s awesome.Bring the appropriate paperwork!

I only put one star cause I had to put at least one. The postal worker who does deliveries to my area is either a complete moron, incompetent, or just lazy which all this reasons are inexcusable. I had a package that to be delivered today and instead the driver left a redelivery notice while I was at home about ten feet away from my front door. The notice wasn't even on my door it was in my mailbox so I know this driver didn't even try to deliver it properly.
