This used to be a nice post office. But I suppose a lack of government funding has taken its toll. Poor service, and the building is literally falling apart. Sad days in Rosanky.

We have moved here from Bastrop and this by far is the poorest service we have EVER received. Just yesterday a stranger put a bundle of mail in our box, ??? The flag was up and this person did not take what was in the box. We were outside and witnessed. The flag has been up for 3 days now and NO ONE has serviced us. We are not sure of Rosanky hours of delivery or what days???? We have also received OTHER address mail. This so so sad!! I have a home business and have yet to receive mail from some customerS… Would a post office box be better???

The employees are helpful I just wish that the hours of operation where better. It seems like they're never open. ? Honestly they should be paid better then what they are. Mail is a neverending task. There's always packages & mail coming and going.

FIRE THIS WOMAN. What a dreadful B***H. Huffed and puffed when I showed up with a package to mail off with a pre printed label boxed up and ready to go. Throws my box on the ground, loud bang as it hit the ground. If there's any damage to my item, there will be hell! Fire her fire her fire her!!!!

Just moved her from a large city, but originally from a small town. Small towns have characters and the lady behind the counter is one. She is like a cranky old man, but she gets the job done and has always been extremely helpful and even with the sighs of irritation, she always mumbles, have a good day and means it. Going to the post office wouldn’t be the same without her. Great job Rozanky Post Office Lady. I’ll be back!

LITERALLY THE MOST AWFUL 'Customer Service' The older woman in there slams around packages, huffs and puffs about doing HER job. She's extremely rude to everyone. I've had awful experiences with her for years but today my encounter consisted of her yelling at me, insisting there was something wrong with me and bringing my family into the situation. I stood there silently crying because I was so upset and frustrated, not to mention stressed because what I was getting was a check. As I was leaving I did accidentally push the door harder than expected and it hit the side of the building (nothing broke or was damaged). She came outside yelling something about me kicking the door and I honestly don't know what else. I went from being upset and frustrated to pissed because of her ALWAYS being so awful to me. I went back inside to tell her of everything she's done, you can only poke the bear so much before it gets angry. I will admit that I go VERY upset and did yell, nothing that she didn't already do to me though. She called me 'distraught' and said that I needed to 'get my life together', well maybe if she had any type of decentness inside of her she would have referred back to when I was originally in there telling her that I was stressed for personal reasons and that I was already silently crying while she was yelling at me, never did I say anything rude to her on the 1st/original time I was in the building. I honestly didn't go in there looking for an issue nor did I want to be yelled at by a Texas Government worker. I was respectful of her until she had absolutely wore me down and showed that she didn't deserve the respect because she gave none to me. She should NOT be in this field. Customer service is for people that want to HELP others and can at least act as if they have compassion for another human being. This woman despises others, as well as her job. This bitter woman clearly has a chip on her shoulder about something or she believes she is on some high horse that looks down upon everyone else. I am writing this review after reporting her on the USPS Government website, and almost 2 hours after the incident. If this woman has EVER been rude to you, please report her and also tell her that you WILL NOT be treated like that. I should NOT have been treated the way I was by any government employee, and I WILL NOT stand for it ever again. I deserve a level of respect and compassion, so does everyone else. If someone is unwilling to provide such customer service to a community then they simply do not need to be doing that job.

I have tried and tried to be nice and patient with the woman that works here but she is a B!+@#. It is just that simple. I agree with everyone else who has said this and I know ALOT of other locals feel the same way. I mean if the post office is barely open, the person behind the counter could at least make an effort to be nice.

Negative star perhaps will be more convenient for this. What a rude and disrespectful woman. It's like you just walked in her living room and she's annoyed by your presence. I'm hoping very much that she retires or gets replaced soon.

The lady that works here is a sweet person. She's very helpful. Not sure why someone said she is rude. She has always been very helpful and accommodating. Sometimes if you show kindness to others, you receive kindness in return.

If I could give less than one star I would. The woman who works the counter seriously needs to change careers. Every single time I have EVER had to be there (during limited operating hours) she was rude, short, and did I mention rude, if you caught her on a day she was speaking. Some days she doesn't even speak, just throws things around. Its a true shame that my taxpayer money helps pay this salary. Maybe it is time to get rid of the USPS.
