I had an RV brake down on me on my way to New Mexico. Stranded with no one to help me get to New Mexico for a new Job. I called Jones mobile and he told me RVS and electrical issues were not his specialty but he said he was willing to try. This was music to my desperate ears as most just said they could not help me. He got my RV going but I came up with a crazy idea of hiring him to drive along with me to make sure it didn't brake down. He agreed and I made it to my new home 600 miles away. Such a refreshing experience with Josh when he arrived within 15 minutes of getting off the phone with me. I was stranded and without a clue of what went wrong. He quickly and systematically went throughout trouble shooting my van. He definitely saved me a lot of time, money and headaches getting to the diagnostic, which sent me off reassured and happy that I called Jones Mobile!

I was traveling through headed to Austin and had trouble with my truck not having turbo boost on a Saturday at 5pm, I called Jones Mobile Mechanic and he came right out to try and help out, he even called another mechanic to help diagnos the issue, although we was not able to get the problem fixed he did everything he could and gave good recommendations on the problem, if you are stranded in the Sweetwater area I highly recomend him, he will do his best to get you up and running. *I was in a Bind. I got blessed with Josh!*Working in town and had my brake caliper crack while I was driving. Couldn’t find help. No shops were open. Some were open but charging unreal prices for a Tow. Saw Josh on Google and I couldn’t be more pleased. Fixed me up right away so I could get to work. (ON THE WEEKEND Nevertheless) He was even kind enough to take a drive for a part we needed. I’m so grateful.Outstanding customer service!! Super knowledgeable man.
