I have been overcharged multiple times at this location. This last time I asked for a refund on the overcharge and I was refused because I used a card and then she couldn't figure out how to do the where you find So I guess I'm going out of my way to go get gas and either a Lott or Cameron.

I don’t know what happened with this store, but the staff are not friendly anymore, specifically one that seems to be in charge. I started getting a x-large cup of coffee, Texas pecan flavor. It filled about a third of the cup and ran out. My husband went to the counter to let them know, “The Texas pecan coffee ran out”, and he was given a very unfriendly look and no words, no mention of product shortage due to supply chain issues, just a mean look as if he had been rude.When we got to the counter with our selected items, I mentioned that the 2 coffee makers with the store’s premium flavor were also empty, and I didn’t get a full cup, even after adding a lot of creamer. I was also presented with the same mean look from this particular employee, no words from her, and the younger employee apologized, rang us up and wished us a good day.As I said, I don’t know what happened to this store, but it used to be a lot more customer friendly. That employee has convinced us that we do not want to stop there again, in addition to the fact that there were 3 employees behind the counter and none of them made a move to do anything about the coffee.

Why have a mask policy if your employees are going to wear it around their neck?Didn't appreciate the same said employee cracking the door open to vape out of it with my children in the store either. It was tacky and unprofessional. Not to mention the people that were coming in that door.

I know things are a bit odd now, but not letting people refill their own cups is a bit too far. Here's my take. Please forward this to the appropriate people. First, I don't know WHO has been touching the other cups. Don't know who has sneezed, coughed, spittled, etc on that top cup. The ONLY thing I would have to touch with my own cup is the drink selector.

I stopped in for something to drink. I bought 2 BodyArmor drinks for $5.00 and filled my personal Yeti cup with ice. When I went to pay, the cashier charged me .79 for the ice! I didn't use their cup and spent 5 dollars for drinks and STILL got charged for a cup of ice. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE Cefco. That was the first time I've ever been charged like that and will be the last time I visit that store.
