Well, they were having a customer appreciation day. They were serving brisket sandwiches and had games to play with planned in advance cause I knew about the activity because I’m an awards member where we brought our three year-old granddaughter with us and she enjoyed the visit. We found what we needed and got 20% off of everything.

Jimmiel is the cashier/greeter/awesome employee at ACE Hardware, wow good people who work here. And Juan does a great job helping me to find what I’m looking for because he is what they call Old School, “we’re here for you the customer”. I wish businesses would get back to running their stores like ACE, for the people because people are what keeps us going. Great job Jimmiel and Juan, I appreciate all you do.

I absolutely LOVE the associates that assisted me today (Liza, Janet and Bruno). First off let me just say I really appreciate how each of them took time to address questions that I had, they also made recommendations for a few upcoming projects. I felt bad that I took up their time, but they never rushed helping me and all 3 of them were SUPER nice and sweet! I was actually on my way to home depot to buy what I need, but I ended up buying everything at Ace because of the stellar, excellent customer service received. It was a big purchase. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the 3 of y'all who assisted me in what I needed. I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!!??

The associates at the key counter were rude, didn’t acknowledge me, will never return. (The older white lady) Finally another associate assisted me.

I don’t understand how they’re still in business. Always out of everything I need and when they do have it it’s 3X as much as the big box stores. I’m all about customer service but when 5 people ask if they can help in less than 5 minutes and then become rude because you say no, it’s not really customer service.

They always have what I need. I tripped in their store yesterday and everyone was so kind and attentive to my needs. Not a serious fall but they were right there to help me up, they did a safety report and were very kind. Such nice people! They even called to make sure I got home OK. KUDOS to these team members. True hometown feeling!
