Absolutely horrible experience. Switched from T-Mobile, when the AT&T representative ported my number over they fat fingered the last digit incorrectly triggering all my issues. I started getting calls from individuals trying to reach someone else, not uncommon but several in the first few hours of having the new carrier. Figured out I had the wrong number assigned to my account. Went back to the store, explained the situation and how it was caused on their end and was told it had been fixed. They added another line with my correct number, not cool. Have to pay for that other line. Went to a corporate store, said they couldn’t do anything because I set up the account with a privately owned store. Told me what needed to be done went back to the point of purchase and still was told everything was fine. Still getting other person’s phone calls because I still had the original line. I had to pay full price to cancel the original line… $500 IPhone promotion but because I was being forced to cancel the line due to AT&T’s screw up I had to pay $750 for the phone. Still got a bill for $300 because they had added another line. Talked to at least 6 customer care reps all of which stated I was on the hook for both lines. All the while a Verizon customer isn’t receiving calls because AT&T screwed up in first placed for over a month! AT&T still has not made this right. There’s more detail to this experience but this review is lengthy as it is. All total I’m $1000 in this mess and they still want more, all due to the store porting the wrong number from the get go.

Do not use this store. They tried to rip me off. I got a new phone from this store. They switched my plan to their unlimited plan. They told me I had to take a free watch and then didn't tell me they were adding another line to my account. They added insurance and the upgrade plan without asking. These people are thieves. If you need anything from att, go to the corporate office in town park center

I went to go buy a new phone. They took 2 hours just trying to get my phone transferred. They didn't know what they had in stock. When I ask for deals that we're out of everything but none of them never went back to checking in the back. The manager there has a very bad attitude towards people. When I was there, he left the store for an hour.

When going to location I had called to make sure they had the phone available, but when getting their I was told I would not be helped due to time of me getting their at 7:06pm and was told sorry I don’t know what to tell you can try the other store on reading road
