Walked in to AT&T store for them to just puttthis screen protector on that I got for my new phone that I recently purchased. However employee informed me that they won’t put any outside screen protecter on for you unless it’s purchased in there store, Hispanic lady helped me out, kinda rude about it too but I guess this is why no one likes this location. Thanks for nothing!

A standard AT&T store, but avoid dealing with the unhelpful middle aged Latino guy. He was rude and unhelpful, blaming his inability to handle a simple request on being “old school”. He’s a real jerk, and should reconsider a career in customer service.

Let me start by saying that this review it about one person at the Rosenberg store, the other were nice. I went into the store to get a new device for a line that had $66 of installments left on it. I don’t even know the guys name but he is terrible. I told him what I needed, he paid that line off…. Then he asked me about my other lines on the account. I told him don’t mess with this certain line and what does he do, he upgraded that line which complete changed my plan for that line and made it not work when it was working that day! Customer service (10+ hours of waiting on by phone) also sucked in helping me resolve this problem which I didn’t authorize and say well ma’am that’s an old line/plan and we can’t re-establish it sorry but there is nothing we can do. I have been with ATT since 2000 and I have never had such bad customer service. I will be checking into Verizon where I can get 4 iPhone 15s for free with new line. More people should check them out.

False advertising! They charged my account around $300 more when they said it was going to be around $60 more for a new line. They also charged extra insurance without my consent. And the “manager” Arthur needs to work on his customer service. When we went for help they said there wasn’t anything they could do. And it’s not easy to get a hold of customer service

Walked in today very frustrated after dealing with another service for a few months and not getting internet service like we should. Yanet was amazing. I didn't get the name of the manager on duty at that time but he was also amazing. They both went above and beyond to make me happy. It went so smooth. After feeling defeated with the other service we had Yanet and her manager made my day. Left with a smile.

Went in to the Rosenberg AT&T store on the day of the national service outage ?. I ended up taking advantage of the great upgrade offer and the store rep (Abdul) handled the entire process with professionalism and friendliness. Couldn't be happier.

Hi, i want to talk a little bit about this place, and i want to start by saying that regardless of the good comments some employees have in this store my story is totally different, most of the time that i have visited this place the people that i have interacted with are very rude an unprofessional in fact i have seen customers very disappointed that leave the store in the middle of a conversation because of the so bad an unprofessional service that they received in this store, so to be more specific this morning my wife my sister in law and i went to this location around 10:05 am and there was this so called employee a white guy with beard he was so ordinary an unprofessional in front of my family to the point that i told him a couple of times to chill out because he was acting so rude, there was no good morning, no how are today, no thank you for coming, no how may help you, no nice and friendly conversation, so if only if there is a manager in charge of this place should pay more attention and be more focused to this issues and fix the problem once for all, this employees should be trained to be polite friendly and professional because honestly the depends on the customer and as you know no customers no business we the customers pay their salaries, so please Mr manager do something with this people because i feel afraid every time that i visit this store , finally there are cameras so that the manager can monitor this employees behavior and do something in favor of the customers, thank in advance for reading my comment.
