I've been taking my car to them for several years and I've never been disappointed. Just Recently my car decided that it no longer wanted to start. I was stuck at the gas pump up until I could get a jump. I purchased a battery, called Auto USA asking if they could install it for me. They gladly did so and got me on my way to work. Thanks guys, ya'll are the best!

I picked up my mother’s car today to help out. Lewis always takes care of my mom and the car. Also they picked me to get the car. The shop/ lobby was very clean. Thanks so much for helping and taking care of my mom and her car.

It is always in awesome and pleasant experience with Luis and USA Auto Care even when dealing with mechanical challenges. Everyone charges about the same if it is legit shop. But USA Auto is transparent and forthright, and if needed they offer less costly options to the suggested repairs. This is why they have been my mechanic shop for 10yrs. Thanks guys at USA Auto. Erased old review to new updated one; after my car was looked at up close by the dealership. These guys actually turned out doing a good and was fair and honest with me and pricing.. so after this I gotta change my review to 5 stars because they did do a good job with services, I guess sometimes not everything goes to plan!

Quick, fast, and reliable. I was hesitant to go to any auto shop other than the dealership for the longest. Due to unforseen economic downfalls within the years, I decided to bite the bullet and go to a shop in the town I work in. Now im kicking myself in the rear for spending all that money at the dealership when I got better reliability here! Honestly for me, thats what I look for in an auto shop: integrity, and this place has it. (The cost from going to the dealership to here also was a no brainer as well)
All in all, nothing but praises about this shop when it comes to me. Thank you for my TED Talk.

I wish I would have done more research on the shop before I took my vehicle there, please don’t make the same mistake I did !! They tried to take advantage on me due to me going alone and being a younger individual. I gave them my 2013 Hyundai Genesis In perfect condition was running smoothly and had no codes on the dash. I asked for just a simple tune up, new spark plugs, and an oil change. I was supposed to pick up the vehicle later that day but they called me and told be to come back tomorrow due to one of the spark plugs they put in not running correctly. When i came to get the vehicle the next day they told me I would need a whole new motor for the vehicle , and when I went to pickup the car it was miss firings like crazy and had a check engine light with this weird smell coming from the exhaust. The car could barely drive down the street when they were done with it and when i went to check my oil it was black and the sparks plugs didn’t even looked touched. Please stay away from them they will try to take advantage of you and make you pay way more money than you need to.
