I have always had an exceptional experience with Adrian. He is consistently helpful, solutions-oriented, and ensures all my questions are answered. However, I recently had an encounter with another representative who, unfortunately, was extremely rude. She has medium-long black hair, glasses, and a mole on her chin. The interaction was unlike anything I have experienced before. Given my positive experiences with Adrian, I prefer to work with him exclusively. My manager and I both give only Adrian a well-deserved five-star rating!

If there was zero stars I would say that. My husband went to pay my credit card since I’m at the hospital. My husband is a signer in that account that I have had for 15 + years sadly Nick maybe the manager talked to my husband and treated him so bad kick him out of the bank and was very rude really with out any reason, for him it was enough that previously one of our employees came to this location for the same reason to pay my credit card and was treated so bad so left a bad review of Nick and this location, so this last time my husband was there Nick refused to take the payment due to the bad review. Sorry for Bank of America having an unprofessional, rude, unprepared and arrogant employee. Hopefully Bank of America can have someone that truly can represent you, thrust me there’s really good people around for that position specially after all the bad reviews this location has. We are not coming back there and we will make sure that no one we know will be there.

Very bad service.. every time I come to this branch they can't take my credit card payment, manager told me not to go to this branch anymore.. so I always drive 30 minutes away to another branch..

This review is for the unprofessional and downright rude greeter, Mathew, at the Brazos Bend location. I was at the ATM inside the building withdrawing some cash when the machine malfunctioned and did not dispense all of my money. Then the machine started beeping loudly and you would think someone from the bank would come over to investigate, but apparently not.
At that point I walked up to the counter by the door to explain the situation. It was there I encountered Mathew, who was not only unhelpful and unsympathetic to my missing money, he refused to give me the number to call to file a report. I now realize he was incapable of helping me given that he's only the greeter, but instead of saying that upfront or directing me to someone who could help, this ego-maniac decided to show how important he was by talking down to me and then storming off like a child. Finally an actual banker, Nilda, came to help me.
A month later, I still don't have my money back but I'm more upset by how poorly I was treated by Mathew. BoA should hire someone who actually understands customer service or at least someone who isn't a jerk because I wouldn't want someone like that being the face or first impression for a business.

My fiancé recently had a problem with her account, and we needed to come in to this location. We spoke to Gladys, and she was amazing. She took care of the problem, and she was nice and professional the whole time. If you’re in this area and need Bank of America, Gladys is the one to speak to.

During my visit to the branch on 3/12, I had the displeasure of interacting with one of the tellers, [blonde lady], who unfortunately displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. I approached her to explain my situation regarding the deactivation of my credit card due to fraudulent activity and the urgent need for access to my funds. I was informed that the bank does not issue temporary credit cards, which I completely understand. However, I requested alternative ways to access my funds, such as transferring money to my Cash App or Venmo account. Instead of offering assistance or providing information on alternative solutions, the lady teller responded in a dismissive and condescending manner. She rudely expressed her lack of knowledge about Cash App and assumed that I wanted to withdraw cash, which was not the case. To my dismay, she proceeded to display the amount of money she was withdrawing for me in a manner that felt intrusive and disrespectful. Worker's like that teller will definitely give your branch a ONE star review.

Was here this afternoon to close my accounts down. Which also seemed like the end of the world for me wanting to close it down. Walked out to pull some cash before I fully closed the accounts and Ivan closed one of my parents accounts down before I even walked back in. Asked me after he shut it down if it was correct and I said no that is my parents. Next thing you know he is being arrogant and not really letting me speak. After being done trying to close my account I notice my account is missing almost $500 and I ask to speak to a manager Nick at this point. Issue gets resolved after having to raise my concern multiple times since they didn’t want to listen. Not happy with the branch glad I closed my accounts.

The staff here were very friendly and very helpful. I asked if they could turn my coins into dollar bills and they said they could not do that directly. However, they were able to give me coin rolls instead and I could bring them back to exchange them. I set up a Roth IRA investment account once here and the banking person walked me patiently and thoroughly through all the pros, cons, and options (also gave me paperwork containing the details for reference). Also, their drive through ATM offers a lot of languages, which I don't need, but is really cool to see. : )

All BOA locations i encountered do not have drive through anymore. They cut costs a lot in personnel. Corporate management does seem to get it together which is a reflection on performance everywhere. Since Sept 2022 to June 2023, net profit were $7.08 to $8.16 billions.

I brought my son here to open his first account. Before he left he was up and running to a great start with an open account and credit card. That's not all I reaped the benefits of applying for a credit card as well. The information was clearly explained to my son and we are definitely heading down the right path. For this, I am giving this branch a 5 pt. star review due to Ivan Tetteh. Thank you so much for assisting us and brightening our FUTURE!!Ivan is a star representation. He is great audience and helpful
