Just went in to get a small generator battery replacement they wanted $130 for the same battery at Walmart is $40 and $30 on Amazon. I shared the guy the price online. He shrugged his shoulders and said that’s the price. I told him that’s a few hundred percent more ,he said I know.
This company used to be pretty cool good prices and stuff they’ve lost their way

I took my Samsung phone because the screen was cracked on the side. And they charge me around 300 some more dollars. Because they said they're giving me the original screen from Samsung.
The guys were very nice, but the service is mad. The screen is cracked from everywhere. The back of the screen is not even glued and correctly. I called to find out if I'm able to come back. Because it's just come with warranty. He's like no un. Press the touch, the sensors of the touch, have a problem. Okay, well, I'm walking with a cracked phone. The back and the front is falling apart of paid. At least do the courtesy of saying what the heck is going on. Because this is not fair, it's not right to make someone pay around 3:00 I think at $70 and then tell them sorry we can't help you because this is not covered under the warranty. Well, when I gave you my phone. It had just a little track on the side. Now it's all cracked up. Sorry, I'll never go back again.

Store provided no proof of my core charge being credited to my card. Receipt doesn’t reference it! I’ve always had to provide my card to receive the core credit for all line purchases. I’ve bought roughly 20 batteries over the years from BPlus. This is new and I’m not a fan.

Great quality customer service. The gentleman was very helpful
But they charge 15.99 to put in a battery 😂 lol i wasn’t bouta pay that. So i was able to open it and put it in myself.

I had a great experience. Awesome customer service. Since battery was on last leg, they offered to change out for us, Especially since we were in rush . We were in and out in minutes. We did our research on the batteries they sold and they were all rated very high and came warrantied. I will be returning in future for all my vehicles batteries. It’s like a chik fila for batteries. True customer service experience.

I had the best experience at Batteries Plus! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by two employees, and the positive energy in the store was palpable. I needed my phone screen replaced, and they had it done in just one hour. While I waited, I watched the employees assist other customers with such professionalism and enthusiasm. They truly epitomize excellent customer service. The atmosphere was upbeat, and it was clear how much they enjoyed helping people. I highly recommend this place! On a side note, I didn’t even know you could replace shattered iPhone screens until I did a quick Google search and found this place. The price was very reasonable compared to taking it to an Apple store, and I really appreciate the savings. Thank you for the excellent service and for saving me some money!

This team was incredible! I went to get my battery replaced and I lost a terminal bolt in the process. They came out and helped me locate it and retrieve it from the engine bay. As I was securing the new battery, another piece fell off of the terminal. Again, the whole team helped me look for it for almost an hour. They treated me as if I were a family member or friend and acted as if the car was their own. While we never found the second bolt, the entire team sprung into action coming up with a fix so I could drive my car. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

Desperately seeking a solution to my battery issue I went to the BatteriesPlus in Rosenberg TX. I had already spoken to CJ on the phone who immediately sympathized with my situation and assured me he could help. Upon arriving CJ immediately knew who I was and began helping me resolve every issue I was having one by one. CJ used equipment in the store to fix my problems in real time, explaining comprehensively how each item worked and how it could help. After I agreed to purchase the items needed he even went the extra mile to attach them in the correct configuration. I later returned to my headache of a project just to realize CJ had addressed all the issues I had or was going to have. Finishing my work was easy and I’m confident without CJ I wouldn’t have been able to complete the task. CJ was professional, empathetic and determined to help. You just don’t see that kind of customer service anymore. Thank you BatteriesPlus and Thank you CJ!!!!!

Batteries Plus had the hard to find 12 volt battery for my 14 Camry Hybrid in stocks. Alex, Matthew and Will took great care of me and got this battery installed. All of this service at a great price.
