I'm in the process of moving into an apartment here. I am truly so grateful for the office staff for working with me in such sudden circumstances and it has made choosing my home so easy.
The complex is very quiet and inviting lots of trees and spacious units! Also assigned parking

I've been renting here for a few months, for me it's really been super fast, super easy, listen to me right away with the dryer that didn't work when I got here, a fallen sliding door, neighbors who are badly parked . Abby and Erika super kind and Mr. Of Maintenance too, we are very happy to live here. So far everything is very well. Thank God. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

I lived at these apartments for nearly four years, and I had a great experience. As a first time renter with little to no credit history, they made the rental process incredibly easy. In my time living here, maintenance requests were always handled promptly and professionally. In the last year, they have even made the transition to all electronic payments, which made my life even easier. They are incredibly clear on their policies and very understanding of their residents' needs. I have nothing but good things to say about Bayou Bend.

I have not had many issues as far as maintenance goes but the ones I have had the response very fast. Within 2 days. Got it right the first and never had to come back for the same. Great place to live. Very quiet. Ladies in the office are great!!!
