Rhyian went the extra mile to find my boot size. The boot I wanted did not have a sale tag. I was going to go without. Rhyian so took initiative to check and sure enough the boot was on sale. Kaylie was patient & smiled as I scurried through my email to find my coupon, which helped tremendously. Shoutout to both. Both were stellar!

Wonderful service by most of the personnel except one particular employee played mission impossible ensuring I was not stealing because I had an infant with a stroller. The stroller had a open bottom with no shelf and not able to to hide anything it would not have been a issue if I hadn’t been bothered x8 times to her coming and retrieving any items I had in my hand. I was not left alone for more than three minutes by the same person. let me just say maybe this store isn’t geared towards family’s. The employee by the name Kylie made us sure to make us uncomfortable and did not make us feel welcomed. Also after we checked out she ensured the physically come within one foot of my stroller with my infant buckled in to visually inspect it. I will never visit this location ever again. I will only spend my money at the Katy location from now on. ****I’ve attached the stroller in question for arguments sake.**** I’ve never been made to feel like such a criminal in my entire life. Absolutely disgusted by this employee.

I placed an order online for a pair of boots. However they came really damaged so I went to this location to exchange them. The lady that assisted me was super sweet luckily I was able to exchange and get my boots! The lady was so kind these were my first pair of boots, she was so helpful even told me how to properly care for my boots ! will definitely return to this location for boots!

Boot Barn , Rosenberg has the worse customer service I have ever had. I will never soap there again. We were there to buy a hat the only girl said she could not help she was going to lunch In a couple of minutes the other girl had fake nails on and could not do it . Awful customer service ! less than one star

I was hunting around Houston for FR style jackets. 2 other locations were all out, but this location had plenty. I called ahead, and the staff member was kind enough to verify, so I didn't waste a drive.

The ladies are amazing & so sweet & helpful. even when someone like me slips and falls on her butt, they made feel better than my butt did when i fell. love this place & the owner she too is a sweetheart.

Pearland location-Amazing inventory. Good customer service. Appreciate the veteran's discount. Got a really nice belt, but their items are a bit pricey.
