I have always been impressed and pleased with not only management but also the professionalism and mannerisms of the maintenance team. The effort put into keeping up the property is top tier and outstanding! They truly expound the luxury of apartment home living at Brazos Ranch!This is home for me!

I love my home at Brazos Ranch! Staff are caring, knowledgeable and responsive to questions or any concerns. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. I'm 10 minutes from work and less than a block from shopping - I couldn't ask for more!

I went to tour this pass Saturday on 09/6/25, we had appointment to tour between 11:00am and 11:30 we got there we was greeted and I told April the leasing manager I had schedule a tour she didn't see my name but she was nice to let me and son to still tour the community. The 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom was nice big roomy, I like the connection with the attach garage. April was very nice and pleasant to us she didn't rest us in viewing the community. I really like the in-door movie theater you just go and chill doing a nice cozy day in the weekend and watch sports or a good Netflix, Hulu or a Disney channel. Like the apartment hopefully we do get approved. April thank you for good customer service provided to us on Saturday day.

This place is great! Clark is amazing - I'm switching apartments, but have messed up on my paperwork. He sorted it out for me in 10 minutes! I've lived in different states and different countries - the management here is the best I've worked with. If you come in, ask for Clark or Fatima!

Ive been living at Brazos Ranch for a year and I cant explain how glad I am to call it home. It has everything that I was looking for with great pricing. I also wanna shoutout the management Fatima, April and Clarke as they make sure everything runs smooth. I highly recommend Brazos Ranch.

I love this place, it’s like a vacation everyday here! My husband and I were looking for a safe place to live with lots of amenities. Well, Brazos Ranch Apartments checks all the boxes. April greeted us as soon as we walked in and treated us like family. The process was quick and professional as soon as we were handed over to Fatima the apartment manager. The hospitality was amazing and I can’t wait to check out the large pool area with gas grills, the indoor basketball court and gym. They even have a pool table and work center as well. Thanks so much for your attention to detail.

I absolutely love my home and the environment it comes with. The front office people are more than welcoming to whomever. The apartments are well taken care of from grass to trees to amenities. EVERYTHING. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

I have been living here for about a year and half now and absolutely love. The property is i believe 18 years old but literally looks brand new. Management is great (Fatima is literally the sweetest). This was a great decision.

I want to tell yall the staff and maintenance crew Louise...Anthony..Manuel are so helpful and fix things ASAP. I MEAN IT..U PUT IN WORK ORDER..ITS FIXED THAT DAY OR I PROMISE THE NEXT DAY. THESE GUYS DESERVE A RAISE AND PRAISE. I GOT A SOFA YESTERDAY AND COULD NOT GET IN MY APARTMENT..OMG...THEY CAME WHILE I WAS AT WORK...GOT SOFA IN MY PLACE. I AM SO THRILLED TO HAVE THEM AT BRAZOS RANCH ROSENBERG..WHERE I LIVE. YALL COME HERE IF LOOKING!!!! HIGH FIVE! DEBORAH MACE.
I gotta tell anyone and everyone that I looked everywhere for a place and Fatima the leasing agent called me and worked with me and my budget at Brazos Ranch and I was thrilled and happy. A awesome leasing agent. She went outta her way and actually helped me with my paperwork and electri..water..insurance...damn everything. I could not believe the kindness and staff at this place. FATIMA..THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME HAPPY AND GETTING ME IN MY OWN PLACE. THANK YOU SO MUCH. YOU ARE SO AWESOME.
