We had our truck here almost a month to get assessed and we followed up weekly and we were patient to NEVER get a real diagnosis on our vehicle. We were explained that this shop knows how important it was for hot shots to get their equipment back in a timely manner, yet we couldn’t even get our vehicle looked over properly over almost a month. No one ever contacted us to give us an update on our vehicle, we had to call every time. If you need good and timely service, DO NOT COME HERE.

Told me I had way more damage than was really there. Told me my truck was totaled when in reality all it needed was a transmission. I'm not sure if who looked at my truck was certified or was just trying to make a "Big sale" off me. 100% happy that I went with another shop. I originally came to this shop for its great reviews but my truck sat at this shop for 36 days before they were able to tell me it would cost over 10k. Got my truck fixed for 2500$ and then pulled a 30ft camper 3,000 miles without any issue. I don't want to call this shop a scam but that's my experience. I believe this shop is a bolt and go company. Not a fix the problem just a replace the whole thing kind of company. Just watch out for companies like this and always get at least 1 other quote before dishing out you debit card. These are the kind of shops you have to watch out for.

On a 1500 mile trip for a family emergency my diesel truck broke down. Called dealerships and none could work on it for days. Called Brent's and Amber had me come in immediately. They had the part and got me back on the road in less than 2 hours. It is rare to find quality service and kindness like Brent's these days. I can't recommend them enough.
