My shopping experience here was cut short due to my 8 yr old son getting a busted lip and cut on his leg when a lady/ customer was looking at boots and knocked over a metal Ariat sign next to the display of boots. Sadly the sign hit my son in the face and leg. It was an accident, but Cavenders needs to do better with loose heavy metal signs that are a hazard to customers.

Steven did a phenomenal job reshaping my hats! I made the mistake of taking them somewhere else nearby and they were not in good shape but after only about 10min he had both my hats looking like new. Will definitely be back!

It was our first time shopping for boots for my partners birthday, it was our first time visiting Cavender’s and we were both excited to see our options. As soon as we walked through the door, we were met with some judgmental stares and the employees were talking amongst each other while looking at us as we walked passed without a greeting. Another worker assisted us and walked us over to the boots, she treated us nicely but we were completely turned off by this interaction upon walking in.

Grandson got his first pair of real boots! Service and selection was good. Took a minute to explain we were there for good quality dress boots, not every days. Probably because he's 17.
Went smoothly after that!

I was in Texas visiting a friend and i asked him about where i could go to find my son a western outfit and boots and he recommended this place.
I have to admit that from the moment i walked through the door and out the staff was great. I would recommend this place to anyone and i will be back.

Incredible customer service. Was there on Memorial Day, 2024 and the three women working displayed some of the best customer service I've ever had in this area. The store wA clean and well stocked.
