Average sized Chase bank with drive-thru. The first set of doors stay unlocked after regular hours to allow for use of the ATM inside. Ample parking available.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! I have not gone in the branch due to the woman who is now the bank manager SMH, I should have left the moment I was directed to her! I don’t even know why I went in there today, should have known better. First off let me say that the guy who first attended me was great and did what he could do within his scope of work. I later asked to speak with the BM to see what other measures could be taken to rectify the situation. So because I questioned the information she provided me she said I was argumentative then told me that due to endorsement error Chase could have held my money for 5yrs. Everyone is not trying to commit fraud!!!! I get it we want to be safe but you have to remember we don’t all work within your industry and don’t know the all the new policies. Sad part is I called the customer service after I was asked by her to leave the bank since she is not good with people having a brain and does not like for others to have thoughts of there own, once I spoke to customer service they were like you were correct to endorse alone as it is only you on your account and the bank will send a legal copy for the other party to endorse since they are NOT on the account!!! I can’t even remember her name (maybe Aylissa or something) but she is the bank manger now I’m sure she got the job only due to longevity with the company as she made clear to remind me that she has worked there for 30yrs or so. Just know your stuff before you get angry with customers for wanting clarity when things you are telling them don’t make sense. Word for anyone needing to go to this branch please use your form of transportation and go to another branch were people are ok with being questioned in 2024. Also, I hope she has a great life as I know that some folks take their misery to work and put it on others along with exercising control in their workplace since they may not have it in their real lives. Just do better! Chase, please train staff and let them know that it’s ok not to know the answers but just say that!

My husband and I went in to get a document notarized, which they were happy to do until she found out we didn't have a Chase account. She stopped in her tracks and said, "Sorry, can't do!" Funny, we went next door to Regions bank, got our notarization, had a friendly talk, and will probably start banking there. Customer service goes a long way!

((ZERO STARS)) Not surprised at all that the Richmond/Rosenberg location has such a low rating. My husband and I bank with Chase, previous mortgage, as well as other current accounts. I usually bank online and through their ATM, but my husband needed to open a business account and was unable to do so online. We walked in at 4pm and literally wandered around for a few minutes waiting for someone to greet us because there is no sign in sheet, no direction, just a couch for you sit down until they decide to acknowledge you're there. There was a girl who seemed nice who came and retrieved another gentleman, but again, no acknowledgment that we were sitting there and by this time, we had been there about 15-20. 5 minutes later the same girl came back to see what we needed and when we told her, she said "Ouuu, that's going to take about an hr and a half, and I'm not sure they're going to take you since we close at 5pm, but let me check." She started to walk away when she was summoned by a banker who was helping another customer, and it was very obvious that she was talking about my husband and/or myself from the hand gestures and the back and forth looks (not in "can you help them" way but in a very rude way). Not to mention, when the girl left her office to see if a banker would actually service us, this lady decides to mean mug me as if she knew me and had an issue, which I'm more than sure she does not! Now she may have heard me tell my husband that the girl should have greeted us earlier, but that's a fact and doesn't give her (an employee) the right to mean mug a customer! A few minutes later, the girl came back to tell us that they're not going to take us which I think is ridiculous. I have my own business account with Chase and it took about 45 minutes to open, granite it was at a different branch, probably more competent, but this one is closer to our house. I'll definitely be escalating this because it sounds like these bankers were more concerned with making happy hour than servicing their customers. Let's be clear, if I walked in at 4:30 or 4:45 then okay, I get it. But we got there at 4pm (literally 3:59pm) and waited 25 minutes just to be told that it'll take too long. If you do decide to visit this branch, you've been warned!

My wife banks with chase for years. So I don't understand how they consider you family when they want to hold a check for 10 business days to clear. They can see your deposit history that stats you deposit over 1k into your account every month, yet they cant cash a check for that about or make it available to you if you deposit that kind of money into your own account. I will being take my wife to bank some place else. Nothing about this experience shows appreciation for there loyal customers or family as they call it.

No matter my financial situation, Chase has come through with the information I need to make the correct financial choices. With the financial crisis the world is in , it is difficult to see a clear path.I sit with the appointed persons and just plainly express my financial situation and goals, and we consider options and strategies. The outcome is always best for me and my finances.I want to thank Maria Salguero for helping me today8/2/23 . Her services really helped me find a financial refuge. This is why Chase is the best .They have people who really care about you.You are not just an account. You are family.

This is a terrible location! Unapologetically understaffed, they do not answer phones and have zero consideration for their customer's time. They have an arrogant disposition as they giggle around the branch office uet helping customers appears to be a secondary priority. You guys are missing the mark in every way and your ratings show that perfectly clear... if you even care about that.

The ATM machine was slow, so i did decide to wait in line for a teller. Everyone was very friendly and I was out in 15 minutes, as opposed to the usual 5 minutes at other chase ATM locations. Nothing crazy.
