We went to a matinee movie, I guess most of seats were broken. When chose our seats the theater was practically sold out. There were only 8 other people physically in the theater all seated right on top of eaxh other in a empty theater. I ended up stuck next to the mother of the year who decided to bring her 7 year old to the R rated movie. The manager is rude and the popcorn was salty.

I went to Cinemark to watch Demon Slayer. Overall, everything was fine—the theater was clean, comfortable, and the movie itself was amazing. However, I feel the overall experience of going to the cinema could have been more entertaining. We only received some collectible cards related to the movie, but that was it. In other places, there’s more energy and excitement around these kinds of premieres, which makes the experience more special.

While watching 'Light of the world' at this Cinemark in room 4, September 7th, at the 1:25pm viewing, a ceiling tile had fallen on the person occupying the seat beside me in E7. According to the people sitting in the same row as us (mother's with their small children,) they were told to move down a row before the movie because there was a leak.
Employees mentioned they knew a leak was there but out of safety, moved those customers down a row.
The room should have been closed regardless. There were multiple leaks, and if one of those ceiling tiles hit one of the small children who attended this kids movie, there could have been a serious injury. It hit the person beside me directly on the top of their head. I hope he gets a good settlement because it was a hard impact, and he felt a bit dizzy afterwards.
They gave us a refund and a rain check ticket each, but for the sake of potential risk hazards, especially for small children, this incident should be seriously looked into.

Always love coming here with my husband. One of few locations I've ever seen that has the haptic D-Box seats which, though very underutilized, are a cool concept. Main complaint with this place is that they like to keep it really warm in the theaters, sometimes the movie watching experience is comparable to sitting in a sauna. Combine this with the variety of different odors some people carry with them and it becomes a lot worse.

Nice lounge seating, loved the Xbox seats that vibrated with the action of the movie. Made you feel like you were in the movie.

I had a wonderful experience at Cinemark Rosenberg! The theater was clean, the seats were incredibly comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The sound and picture quality were excellent, making the movie truly enjoyable. I also appreciated how easy it was to get tickets and snacks — everything was well-organized. I highly recommend this location for a great movie-going experience. Thank you, Cinemark Rosenberg, for making my visit so pleasant!
