Unprofessional Pharmacy, I booked online appt for covid screening to get there & have the Pharmacy mgr lie & tell me the system was down. She suggested rescheduling w/ a more efficiently ran Williams Way location. Diverting workload to overwork sister Pharmacy should not be tolerated. Based on reviews, get it together to better serve ur customers.

I HATE CVS Pharmacy. Especially this one. It takes more than 15 minutes to even get anyone on the phone for them to not answer your questions, rude, and put you on hold 3 more times and no less than 30 minutes in the drive-through. Wish my employer would partner with someone else so I don't have to keep going to CVS. That's proboably the only reason CVS is till even open I'm sure.

I am not the one to leave reviews but I'm just so upset with the pharmacy's service.I truly give this pharmacy ZERO stars!!! They're not helpful and they are very rude. When you call they have an attitude and seem to always want to rush you off the phone. Pharmacist place me on hold, never answered again. I called back multiple times and someone would answer then hang up. I understand why the patients from our clinic always have a hard time getting their meds.

Damn, it’s 3:18, been in this pharmacy drive thru for a good 30 min. Hope it is still daylight by the time I get to the window. Slowest CVS drive thru I’ve ever experienced!

Longest drive thru every time in line. No matter what time you will have to wait at least 10 minutes. Sometimes more. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

CVS pharmacy here is always so good. I was picking up some prescribed meds and asked if they can please grab some kids medicine from over the counter because I couldn’t get down at the moment and Kimberly at the window helped me today. She was a true lifesaver today for this mama and her sick kids! :)

Disappointed with lack of help and medication for kids. Normally always choose to go to CVS but this location is not well stocked. Had to go to Walmart to get what I needed.

I just have to say. The Gentleman that was there running the register today was AMAZING! I called before showing up to see if they had plant based ensure for my mother who is elderly and about to go inst surgery in a few weeks. Not only was he super nice and helpful over the phone but they also had it in stock. So my husband and I ran over to pick the ensure up and he immediately recognized us from the purchase and was so sweet and warm about sending us prayers and love for my mom. My husband and I both left feeling cared about and overall surprised and happy with the experience. We definitely will come back soon for future purchases.

I wish there were negative stars, like -1 through -5. That'd be more fitting for this pharmacy.I just took my 14 y.o. son to get his Covid shot there, and the pharmacy staff was INCREDIBLY rude. They all acted as if our mere presence was a bother, and they didn't even try hiding it.Not a greeting, not even a simple hello, just quick looks and eye rolls. I thought, "Ok, they're not here to befriend us. No biggie."However, what was completely unacceptable was that after the technician/pharmacist finished giving my son the shot, she got up and walked away. She didn't say, "you're all done," or "you may go now."I asked, "Is that it; is he done?" The lady side-eyed me and kept on walking. I then asked, "does he have to wait the 15 minutes?" to her back, as she never stopped. She didn't reply. I asked again, a little louder since I'm usually pretty quiet. No response. I asked a 3rd time and finally a cashier who was helping another customer turned and answered me, visibly embarrassed for her colleague's rudeness.There are vaccine sites galore these days. Please choose another location where you won't be treated like a bother.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy drive through! I will never use this location again! How can you accept my credit card for payment but not my insurance card for Rx benefits??? The point that f the drive through is convenience! CVS take note: Running insurance through your drive through should be allowed!!! But no worries, your pharmacy rep could care less! Horrible little Asian girl. Could care less if you lose customers!!
