I went in to this establishment to do business, I had one of my employees with me who works on my equipment. We bring in a starter to ask some simple questions only to get flip rude answers. One of the questions was how much does Mr. Javier (the owner) charge to test the starter and his reply was, I quote ( why does the money matter to you) with a rude attitude , like we are not supposed to know how much he charges for his services. I happen to be a multiple business owner and would never talk to someone in a rude and condescending way like that ever. I also probably have over 50 personal vehicles between cars, trucks, mowers, heavy equipment and motorcycles (all with starters). I also have over 100 mechanic shop customers that I could have recommended his business to. Just looking at his other reviews on google I see that this is just typical behavior / attitude for this owner. If you are considering doing business here I would use amazon or any other business for your job as this owner obviously has so much business that he practically forces you out the door with rudeness before getting anything done. I am a very tolerable person and usually do not write reviews but other people should know to stay away from this guy. One other review said they thought they would actually get into a fight, I see why very clearly. I also notice he does not reply to his google reviews, another sign he does not care about the people that are doing business with him. He has been there a long time and obviously has become a complacent bitter person, I hope he reads this review and his others and becomes a better person in the community.Service: Electrical
