This place is ridicules....I went there because of an emergency and I wanted to get a loan on my MacBook Pro 2020; this people had the audacity to say they could not do the loan because it was broken. The laptop has a slightly barely can see broken. Not only that this people are rude. They made me go back and forth from their facility to my hose to get my desk top come to find out the mouse was not working and still was not able to get the loan.
I walked in to N2 CASH PAWN SHOP with the same laptop, I was greeted respectful, nicely and was able to get the same $200.00 instantly within 10 minutes.

Drove out of the way to check out an item listed for sale on their site. Got there and they said it’s been sold. It’s wild that they couldn’t take literally one minute to take the listing down. Also the heavyset Asian woman working there lacked any sort of basic customer service skills. Definitely never coming back.

I really like Miss Annie. She is a nice very Percy. She don’t mind helping people if she’s if she at the back or on her lunch break she will stop doing what she doing to try to help people out at Easy Pawn shop. Also, she is a sweetheart lady she will help you if she Tacata ask for Moe if she can or if she can’t find it I really really love her. I like her she got a good person attitude raise no matter what you will never catch the outside of Miss Annie. You don’t know if she’s mad you know she keep a happy happy face on her face so that’s why Easy Pawn shop is really lifting up because of her she there I really appreciate y’all for having her here so thank you

I always go to Jordyn for my loan service, she’s so a sweet, kind, patient, amazing, and hardworking woman. However, a young lady named Annie was speaking badly about Jordyn while she was in the back. I gave a one-star review because of the poor performance of that little white girl.
