Famous Footwear has recently been remodeled, with customers noting the nice, new and improved interior featuring good lighting, plenty of mirrors, and ample seating. The store is organized and clean. It offers a great and ample selection, including a good section for adults, a great selection in the kids and youth department, and quite a few pairs of Nikes. There is also a noted selection of dress shoes. Prices are reasonable and sales occur. The staff provides exceptional, pleasant, friendly, and helpful customer service. They are described as an asset, ensuring satisfaction and helping with measuring feet and the checkout process. Customers successfully find and purchase the shoes they want.

I went to check out the new and improved store yesterday and I must say I was pretty impressed on the changes. You guys really have to go and check it out. The staff was very pleasant and helpful to me, they're having a sale now so get your kids Christmas shoes now.so help the staff out and take a visit see you there

Let me start by saying my mom and me came into store 20 mins before they closed. We had the pleasure of meeting Julie. She was so nice and helped my elderly mom pick out the right pair of shoes she seen online. She even made sure she was satisfied with her purchase. Thank you Julie.
