A salesman responded to my message in minutes. He confirmed the vehicle was on the lot and had it out and ready for me when I arrived. I am happy with my purchase and appreciate the friendly team that worked with me. I would recommend your dealership to friends and family.

UPDATE: While it was a very satisfying buying experience on my 2021 GMC Sierra AT4 CPO, service after the sale has been a mixed bag.
First two complimentary oil changes went very well. The 3rd oil change at this dealership saw me sit there 2 1/2 hrs. even with an appointment. Then, just this past week, I went in for my 4th oil change and they recommended a 45k mile transmission service. I agreed. I arrived at 3 pm and by 5:30 pm I started asking about the truck. I was told that the mechanic had stripped one of the exhaust manifold bolts (apparently you must remove the manifold to reach parts of the trans). According to the service advisor, this was NOT an uncommon problem with the manifolds being overtightened at the GM factory. They did NOT have the bolt in stock so they had to keep my truck overnight. Left the dealership after 6 pm, but not in a loner car. They sent me home (40 min drive) in an UBER.
I was told they'd start working on it as soon as the parts were to be delivered at 7 am next morning. I hadn't heard anything by 10 am, so I called and they said the part had arrived but the truck was still on the lift. Finnegan sent another UBER to get me back to the dealership. By the time it was all over, it was after 11 am.
PROS: Finnegan covered the UBER cost
CONS:
• No offer for a small discount or a credit for inconvenience
• NOT enough loaner cars (they only had 9 available for both Chevy and GMC dealerships)
• If this is a common problem, why hasn't there been a service bulletin issued? Why not keep a supply of bolts on hand?
It's a shame the service experience this past year has been less than positive. I generally like taking my vehicle back for service to the place I bought it.

Not sure what selling tactic this dealership was doing but it was shiesty. Do not inquire about any 2024 Yukon Denali!! I came in (told the dealership the day before when I would be arriving) and the car I came in to see was in the shop. It needed a new battery (according to them) because it had sat on the lot for almost 2 years. So we waited 30 mins and eventually went in the bay to see the car. Today they quoted me a price that you can literally buy a 2025 for. The salesman said they could put me in a ‘25. I inquired about the ‘24 for specific reasons. If you’re wondering why they have 3 new 2024 Yukons on the lot, that’s why. They aren’t interested in selling them.

Book an appointment only to waste time and when I got there they tell you to leave your car for a week or week and a half, what a joke I won't ever recommend this place for anything you can tell just by how they run there service department. Don't waste your time and money coming here, am sure they will say anything to make it right but don't waste your time.

Attitude was horrible. The sales person never once made eye contact with us and stared either at his phone or computer when we were discussing numbers. He was acting like he was forced to help us out, no smile and no conversation was made. As we were walking out he went to go tell his buddy and went to the window and starred at us and laughed as we were in the car. Never going back!

I would have given a one star if it wasn't for the good salesperson, Jacob - the person in the finance department we dealt with was a nightmare. He was incompetent, trying to mix the concept of APR and the actual cost of financing. The person was trying to convince me to take a loan after I explicitly told him that I did not want to proceed with a loan (I believed it was an 8+% APR interest) and told me that if I took it for three months, then paid it off, then I would be only paying less than 2%. I asked him what the reason for me taking a three-month loan would be, besides that he could earn his commissions, but he did not answer. Then, when he prepared the documents for me to sign, he made mistakes twice on the price (overcharged). Exactly a month later, I was called back to the dealership to correct some mistakes on the title application documents he prepared (misspelled names). He sent another finance person to meet me without any acknowledgment that I actually drove over 30 miles one-way on a Monday to correct his mistake, and no “apology”, no “thank you”.
