The actual work that was done was good. However, the person who schedules the service appointment needs to inform the customer that the time given is only for dropping off the vehicle. I made an appointment for 10:00am and was expecting to wait for a couple hours while my vehicle to be taken care of. When I arrived I was told that I would be waiting for 4-6 hours so I should leave it and return to pick it up. This needs to be clearly communicated when the appointment time is given! I had to reschedule for two days later and then my car was ready in 2.5 hours. I could have waited at the first given time and saved myself from having to waste an entire morning. This entire experience was completely frustrating. I hate to leave an unsatisfactory review when the actual work was good but first impressions are lasting. Christina and Tim could have both done better.

Eddie and Jaime are amazing. I went in looking for a Chevy or GMC 2500. They let me test drive and discuss through the process with no pressure. I was able to get a fantastic deal and rate!! I will recommend these guys to my friends and family!!

Edit: Can someone from service department please call me back it's been almost 3 weeks. I keep getting how was your experience surveys, but want to wait until I can actually speak to someone. I've been waiting to get out agreement solved, but it's been 10 days for sure. I will be there Monday. I've called the front desk so many times to just talk to someone and soon the ladies are probably going to want to file a restraining order against me lol. But in all seriousness I was hoping this would be a 5 star by now. Now I can't get a call back.Old review:Dwayne and i came to an agreement. The service team are great guys. Thanks for working with me. This will be a 5 next week if things work out. Appreciate the call J.

Ahmed in service has truly been a blessing. He assisted me in fixing a GMC that I did not buy with Finnegan, got me a loaner to help me get to work, and worked with me in paying for repairs during the holidays at that. Ahmed was informative and understanding of my situation. I would recommend!

I went to Finnegan looking for a particular vehicle that I saw online and they had the vehicle I was looking for. My wife and I wanted to test drive the used vehicle which was a 2019 GMC Acadia SLE and the salesman had everything ready for us. My wife and I had previously purchased a new vehicle from Finnegan back in 2016 and this was going to be our second vehicle buying from Finnegan. Even though the Acadia was a 2019, it was in mint condition and with only 30,000 miles on it. My wife loved it. We took the vehicle home waiting on my bank to send me the numbers and we almost hit a road block but within minutes, the salesman sent me another offer that we couldn't refuse. It worked out perfectly and my wife was very happy and excited. The salesman and the finance manager were very courteous and did an outstanding job. I have bought many of new vehicles and I would have to say this was one of the best, if not the best hospitality that I have ever experienced with a dealership. I will definitely recommend Finnegan to all my family and friends. I will be returning soon to purchase a new truck soon. Thank you everyone who helped me with my purchase.

Went in for my very 1st oil change since purchasing my car. Tim in Service was AWESOME. Very friendly guy who made me laugh and feel comfortable being there. I was offered snacks, coffee and water while I waited. Very clean waiting area and other Finnegan employees spoke as they passed by! Everyone seemed so happy! Looking forward to my next service appointment!

I would not recommend AHMED customer service to help your wife and follow up on any service needed. Did not receive a call for a very important situation as my break canister was almost empty and was never filled when I have my wife and my five-year-old son in the car daily, he was very very untruthfully and loud when I had to go inside and get the manager when he came outside and I showed him the situation he went and got some brake fluid and filled my level when that’s all I was asking instead of a argument, the manager was very helpful and calmed him down and made him leave the situation and he took fully in charge. Y’all do have the right manager in that position. I hope this never happens again I really like to keep my business with Finnegan. Thank you manager

I took my 2021 GMC Sierra to this dealer on a Wednesday morning to replace the two flat tires, as it was the nearest dealer to my house. Normally, I go to Texan GMC and haven't had any issues in the three years since I bought the truck. However, because both front and rear tires were flat, I had to tow my truck to this nearest dealer. The service advisor, Clayton, mentioned that he was going to order the tires and they would arrive later that day, with the service to be completed by Friday morning. I was okay with that.Come Friday, I didn't hear from him all morning. I waited until 1 PM to call and inquire about the status of my truck’s tire installation. He mentioned that it would be ready in a couple of hours. By 4 PM, with no updates, I called again at 5 PM, and the receptionist advised leaving him a message, which I did. Later, I received a text message from Clayton saying that the tech would have it ready in an hour. I then asked him if he could arrange a Lyft pickup so I could arrive. Typically, service advisors provide solutions, not customers asking for them. After 30 minutes, he said everything would be completed by Saturday morning.Frustrated by the continuous delays, I asked him to cancel the service and that I would get a tow truck to pick it up. Personally picking up my keys, I questioned Clayton about the service not being completed. He simply said, "I don't know," which wasn't a professional response, and he seemed indifferent to finding a solution. I stepped outside and discovered my truck in the same exact parking spot where it was dropped off on Wednesday. I called the dealer to file a complaint, and the call was transferred to the manager of the service department. Despite explaining the situation, he raised his voice instead of finding a solution, prompting me to hang up. Luckily, a tow truck came to pick up my truck and now it’s in good hands. I hope this doesn’t happen to anybody else. Extremely unprofessional! 0 stars.

I’m pretty impressed. We have been loyal customers of a GMC dealer in Cypress for 20+ years. They didn’t handle a deal well recently so we went out looking for the same vehicle elsewhere. We found it at Finnegan. We were able to negotiate quickly and over the phone. When we got there the vehicle was exactly as described. There was no funny business. They listened to what I needed and delivered. When I did go to pick the truck up, I was on a tight timeline for a work meeting and they got me in and out in about 20 minutes. No arguing or extra frustration. It was the best buying experience I’ve had in probably 10 years. I highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with the Finnegan service department. Keith was extremely efficient in getting my vehicle in quickly, and I was back on the road before I knew it. He kept me updated every day through text, informing me of the progress and the estimated time for my truck to be fixed. Moving forward, I'll definitely be using them for any future issues and even my next vehicle purchase.

Eddie was amazing from the moment we called about the car, to the moment we actually had the car delivered to us. He answered all questions with ease and made my first car purchase a breeze.Rob and I'm so sorry I forgot his name but it was the man in training explained the financials with ease. Both offered they're honest feedback on certain things. To me that was the biggest sign that we had definitely came to the right dealership.Overall our experience was amazing. I had great experience with everyone but the Finance guy.They ran my credit for financing and he brought me in there making me think that a place with the highest interest rate was my only choice. Then when I told him I was gonna get gap from someone other than the dealership he made some snarky comments about my choice. Only reason why I still bought a vehicle from here is because salesman Robert and The General Sales Manager Dave who went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Sometimes you can’t let one rotten apple be the reason you don’t proceed. Will be buying all my vehicles from here still.

I had taken my car in last week and just got it this week which is fairly quickly for a dealer. Finnegan Buick etc in Rosenberg is my favorite dealer by far. They take time to fully understand me and always treat me well. Highly recommend Keith in the service department for all your future needs! He holds great communication, respect, and understanding. Within the two times I’ve brought in my car I’ve had Keith both times and he always gives me outstanding service!

The sales person was very nice and helpful. The rest of the buying experience took WAY to long and I'm still not done. I have to be shown how to use the Chevy app and On Star. In opinion it should not take 4 hours to buy a truck. Maybe I am wrong maybe it does take that long it has been a while since I have purchased a vehicle and I was tired and it we still had an hours drive ahead of us to get home the service was good just the amount of time it took was the problem
