The staff at Finnegan is astonishing. Very straightforward, no cloak-and-dagger or bate-and-switch tactics just to make a sale. They were completely transparent and personable about everything. Will definitely purchase our next vehicle from them. They took such good care of us.

The experience itself was very smooth. No issues getting taken care of even without an appointment. Mr. Javier was amazing, communicated the entire process and made sure my questions were answered. I do not mind driving 45 minutes passing several Jeep dealerships so that I can get taken care of by them. Extremely pleased with the entire process!

Jesse got us taken care of. The financing department I’m not so happy with; they don’t show you all the terms or final numbers.Jesse was amazingHowever we had to take the car back less than a month later for service and they couldn’t even accommodate us with a comparable loaner car. It’s like once a company has your money they don’t go over the top to take care of you beyond the sale.Live and learn

Outstanding service! This was my first time using Finnegan to service my 2019 Dodge Ram. I dropped it off early in the morning and received a text when it was ready about an hour later. The truck was cleaned and vacuumed. There were no hidden charges on my bill, only future service recommendations. The staff was friendly and inviting. The truck is like new again. Drives great, like the first day it came off the lot. I enjoyed the service and highly recommend giving Finnegan a try!

The service advisor kept me updated on vehicle repair progress. They were honest about my warranty. The reason why the 4 stars and not 5 stars is because it took over a week for parts. Not their fault but it was difficult to get an accurate ETA and a loaner.

My first experience with Finnegan and it was really awesome. They listened to my issues through out and were able to address all of them. I like the Response from Service advisor assigned to me, on top of it all, they serviced my Jeep very well.Thank you Finnegan.

The service team is nice and the remodels they have done and are still doing to the facility are nice. I had an appointment for 4pm for an oil change with tire rotation and got there about 10 minutes early. My car wasn't done until 6:30, I don't think it should take 2 and a half hours for an oil change, tire rotation and car wash especiallysince i had an appointment. I had to keep asking for an update they didn't even come tell me once what was happening or why it was taking so long.

Trey was extremely helpful very professional and courteous.Knowledgeable my Jeep was done exactly the time he said it was .Inspection, oil change tire rotation.They even had a complimentary wash.Out in 2 hours.It was nice because I had my daughter drop me so we were able to shop and go to lunch .Thanks Trey!

Neftali was the salesmen who helped me through the entire test drive and car buying process. This is the first dealership who was willing to work with me on pricing and was able to answer my questions and take care of me. Went to several other dealers before this one and enjoyed this dealerships experience the most. They got me setup with my dream truck and have been extremely happy.

I called the service department to inquire about the cost of replacing one wheel on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was quoted $1,300 for one new factory wheel. I thought this was extreme so I requested to speak to someone else. I was given the same price and was told prices have increased. I took my vehicle to Caliber Collison who gave me their wheel guy who ordered me a brand new wheel for $300. I have had bad experiences in the past with Finnegan but did not expect them to price gouge me like this. I will absolutley never go back to Finnegan for any reason.

Finnegan is an amazing dealership to work with. I have had the pleasure of buying and selling several of my vehicles with them over the past few years. From their friendly and honesty customer service to their commitment to always making me always feel welcomed and never rushed, I always recommend all my friends and family members to check them out!With regards to their service center, it is one of the best in Houston, if not, THE best. When I bring my vehicle here to get serviced, I know that it will be done right and in a reasonable amount of time. I have had really poor experiences in the past with fly-by night service centers and chain stores. Never again will I ever put myself through the hassle of going anywhere else for service. The staff at Finnegan are very communicative and do a great job of always keeping me in the loop on how my vehicle is doing, especially when I have more work than normal being done on my vehicle.I would highly encourage anyone considering Finnegan for any of their services to check them out yourself. I am confident that you will be very impressed during your visit and that you will quickly become a life long customer, just like myself.

First time using Finnegan for service. Made an appointment for 31 July 2023 for an oil change. That morning, my check engine light remained on. When I took my vehicle to Finnegan and told them of the engine light issue, I was told I would have to leave the vehicle with them for diagnostics which would take 7 to 10 days, but might be done sooner. Informed Finnegan that I had an extended warranty on the vehicle; was told I would have to provide the info on the warranty. Called Finnegan that afternoon with the warranty info but was told my service advisor was busy and he would call me back. Service advisor did not call that day or 1 Aug 2023. Called again on 2 Aug 2023 with the info. Received a text that afternoon with the diagnostic/inspection report which listed the engine light issue and 4 other issues; brake fluid, cabin and engine air filters, and carbon build up in the throttle. Authorized the services for the engine light issue, cabin air filter and the carbon build up in the throttle. Called Finnegan on Friday asking about my vehicle; was told that my services were completed but Finnegan could not release the vehicle until they received payment from the warranty company. Was told this company policy as they have had past issues receiving warranty payments timely. Checked my account online with the warranty company and saw that the payment had been approved. Being retired military, I have lived in several states and, in almost 50 years of driving, have NEVER had this occur. Called Finnegan back and, after complaining about this and asking to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. Called back and was told that they had contacted the warranty company and payment would be sent soon. Arrived at Finnegan to pick up my vehicle and discovered that the services regarding the carbon build up and the cabin air filter had not been completed, but I could leave the vehicle to have them completed. The service advisor said that he had not noticed that I had authorized the 2 additional services. Declined to leave my vehicle. Noticed that my vehicle had dirt smudges on the inside of the driver’s door. Will not be returning to Finnegan for either service or sales (Planning to buy a new Ram truck next year.)

I am very pleased with my experience at Finnegan. I ordered a truck in March but it still hadn’t come in August. Mike sent me similar trucks and I found one that I liked enough to buy. The purchasing process was easy and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Scheduled service online. It was a breeze, I was able to check in prior to arriving. When I got there I was told I could go in the longer, there was coffee, TVs and free Wi-Fi. I was able to do some work while waiting on my car. Took less than a hour and I was out which is great for a Saturday morning. They also offered to wash it for free but I already washed it the day before so I passed. But that was a nice thing for them to do.
