From the moment you walk in, you know you're in for a good experience. My point of contact was Carlos and he is just as described in previous reviews, kind, compassionate, and professional. Upon receipt of vehicle, everything was fixed properly and it was cleaned inside and out, almost like when I first drove it off the lot. I think timeliness could be improved, but I think that was mostly due to vehicle having more damage than was apparent and the additional parts that had to be ordered.
Overall, a great experience and Carlos provided updates through the entire process.

Wonderful place with wonderful staff and service!! Carlos and his staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They take what can be a frustrating process and turn it into a very positive experience.

I am so grateful for Finnegan Collision! We hit a hog in our family suburban that we purchased from Finnegan Chevy, I called over and the next day had my car dropped off. Carlos and Gary both were so helpful, friendly and have been great on communication and status of our vehicle!
We have dealerships that are closer to us, but when it comes to our family vehicle, I trust no one but Finnegan!

Had work done a year ago and they agreed to cover rental because they couldn't get part's. Now a year later I'm getting the run around and enterprise sent my account to collection thanks Amanda watch out
Well still being told check is written but always an excuse I feel Amanda is not being truthful ,I have hade my trucks in there service department several times but after this experience I believe that I will seek service elsewhere and my next truck purchase will not be here if not satisfied she has told me that late today or for sure tomorrow 😉 will see what excuse they will have tomorrow be aware

I am very disappointed with how they worked. I gave them my car to fix for hail damage and it took them 2 and a half months. Yes I didn’t get my car back til 2 in a half months, very inconvenient. When I finally got it back they lost my dash cam and messed up my radar detector. Which they didn’t even connect anything correctly when I got it back. My dad has to fix it all. There’s a new cut by my window also have scratches around my car from them working/leaning up against it. I only received four text messages on how the updates were going other than that I had to call everytime. Just very upset with everything.

I would definitely not recommend this repair shop, especially if you have Allstate or have to deal with Amanda! During this whole three months ordeal I called multiple times a day/week and left multiple messages with the receptionist just to get a simple 2 minute update on my vehicle and I never got a call back. Amanda called me a total of three times during the 3 months and I probably called over 30 times. Aside from the horrible communication they told me once the parts for my car came in it would take two weeks but it actually took 7 weeks to get my car back. There were a few problems that were out of their control but still 7 weeks is ridiculous. They seemed to have done a good job on the car but I really hated this entire experience. I tried to talk to the manager since Amanda couldn't be bothered by me but again he didn't want to give me any time and just told the receptionist that Amanda would call me, which she didn't. Do yourself a favor and don't listen to the false high rating they have on Google and go to a different repair shop.

This collision center does not do well with meeting deadlines or checking on parts to make sure the right parts arrived before taking the next steps. They are also not good at providing updates or answering the phone. I have to call over and over and over before I can get someone on the phone for an update as to what is going on with my vehicle. They put me on hold earlier for a very long time so I could speak to Carlos who is handling my repair. After sitting on hold for longer than 5 minutes and calling again, all the sudden he’s at lunch. Speaking to me to provide an update on my vehicle would have taken him all of two minutes. He could have done the right thing and gotten on the phone with me before leaving. How very unprofessional. I can’t even leave the guy a voice mail because his mailbox is full. I will definitely choose another repair shop next time I’m in need. The service here is less than acceptable in my opinion. Customer service just isn’t a thing anymore I guess. It’s so very sad.

I had an accident in December and I was a little nervous on how my car would look after fixed because I didn’t want uneven parts and colors to mix match. I am a little picky. But I can tell you,I highly recommend Finnegan Collision Center!! They will leave your car looking brand new, like nothing ever happened to it .I promise you won’t leave disappointed .There outstanding work exceeded my expectations!The team is very friendly and kept me informed what was going on with my car every step of the way. So if you are like me and want your car perfect you know who to call..

I've bought multiple vehicles from here so I just take them here for convenience. Absolutely horrible customer service. Took over a year for a fender & another part. Recently got into a wreck & its been over 3 months without getting my truck back. They will not return my calls.i will do business somewhere else from now on.

Took our truck in for an estimate. Was SHOCKED by how low it was. Got a second estimate (required for insurance) and FINALLY UNDERSTOOD why Finnegan was so low - they'd MISSED approximately 1/2 of what needed repaired!!! The staff was very nice, but boy would I have been hot to learn of this failure AFTER having the repair done!!!

Horrible. My vehicle was there 3 months literally. Smh. And still having problems but refuse to take it there. It was also someone there cursing and screaming at employees because they do not call back or update you about anything. And that customers vehicle was there over a month. Smh. I really hope you all do better . Sorry but I had to do this review because the whole process was ridiculous. Even the person handling my accident case stopped working there and I wasn't notified. Smh. Just kept getting her voicemail for over a week. It was truly an aggravating and stressful experience. I had to have an uncomfortable rental car for months.

Really thank God we had a flat close to them. Pulled up to s look at the tire and the service manager came out and asked what can we help with. Showed her our flat and she put her service man to work changing our tire. We waited inside till they were done. She came over we asked what we owe and she said nothing. Omg we were not expecting that all. A big thank you for the help.Sherrie and Perry McConnell

Took forever to finish work they needed to be done when I picked up my truck I noticed a wind noise coming from the front door took it back to get fixed when noise returned after maybe two weeks.
