I refuse to enter this store until self checkouts are added like other locations. As other reviews have stated: the lines are always long, and the managers/employees would rather glare at you like a thief than provide ADEQUATE customer service. The company obviously doesn't care so long as there are enough surveys given on the pin pads to ignore the issues for more years to come.

I've been to plenty 5 belows, but this was the most unorganized, messy, and most unprofessional location I have been to. There was stuff everywhere, all over the floor, in random spots on shelves, and they were out of so much stuff. When I got to the line to pay. There were 2 employees, the hispanic girl was pretending to work, opening a box as slowly as possible and playing with everything she pulled out of the box. The African American kid was the one on the register. He had his phone on top of his keyboard texting and looking through his phone instead of interacting with the guest. Will never be back to this location.

Came in to pick up an order and the manager wanted me to stand in line . While the manager continued to talk instead of just helping me out.
Horrible customer service.

It's a bit messy unorganized. Employees do not take pride in their work. It shows very heavily. There's a few good associates there that will try to help you. But for the most part, it's a typical 5 below. You'll find some good cheap things. Cheap candies, I mean, it's 5 below.

Closed minutes early and wouldn’t let me make a purchase. I even showed my phone and let them see that it wasn’t even closing time and I got “shoo”ed away….

Perfect place for quick gifts for little kids or teenagers they even have some good stuff for the beach, and the store is always updating their items with new stuff
