Floyd helped me learn Quickbooks Online so I could do my own books for my small company. He was very helpful, respectful, trustworthy and seemed genuinely happy to help me. He was so knowledgeable that I recommended him to family to do the books for their larger company. My family felt the same way about him, because he now is their bookkeeper as well.
