This place almost got me killed. Came in to get my car serviced. Supposed to be quick and easy, but of course they find filters that need to be changed, the fuel system needs to be serviced, etc. and ran it up to the region of $550, most of which was labor. They then come in and say they can knock $75 off the price if I do it now because I initially was going to go elsewhere, so I bite the bullet and pay to get it done. Turns out after they serviced the fuel system, they didn't reset the sensor and didn't take it for a test drive like I was later told they should have. This meant when I pulled out of the dealership, the car took 10 seconds to get to speed and maxed out at 40, which I discovered as I got on the freeway. And when the car was stopped, it shuddered uncontrollably to the point where I had to turn the engine off at red lights. And at those red lights, it took about 7 seconds of me flooring the gas for the car to get to 20 mph from a stopped position. So it took me about 10 minutes to come back around and get back to the dealership doing 40 on a feeder where everyone else is doing 70. And I'm not that type to yell or make a scene, but apparently they mistook that for me being fine with the situation, because they explained the problem in a very matter of factly "that's all it was, no big deal" way like I hadn't almost been creamed on the freeway, took an extra 15 minutes to fix it after I had already been there for 3 hours, and all I got was a half baked apology that didn't address the magnitude of the mistake. I'm never coming here again.

What an experience. To be honest, I've never felt so "clean" leaving a dealership; one can get used to the pleasures of shopping without going to war for hours to drive the price down. The beautiful thing is with Fort Bend KIA (FBK) is that there are no gimmicks, and for that, it's an easy 5-stars for me. FBK sells at MSRP--yes, you read that right. There is no sellers upcharge. Packages for maintenence and service are offered but NOT REQUIRED for purchase. Everyone who has shopped for a car knows you usually will usually leave the dealership paying 5 or 6k USD than the price tag you were shown on ads for God knows what. Again, FBK is not the norm.The place is small, but well maintained. Complimentary coffee (with optional dehydrated "milk" for a latte) is provided. For those who get hungry while playing the waiting game, there are a couple vending machines in the back. The showroom holds about 4 vehicles comfortably. Tables for their sales team sit on the outside edge of the showroom. If you're planning to shop weekends, an appointment may be necessary as these tables are not going to be empty (and for good reason). Seriously, FBK should be on your list to visit if you're shopping.Cheers.

Just had an amazing new car purchase experience with Devin Mosley at Fort Bend Kia. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. Never felt rushed when I was asking questions. He VERY quickly got multiple vehicles for test drive. Once I settled on a vehicle things went smoothly with the numbers. NO market adjustment on Telluride. No unwanted add-ons or dealer installed options. No high pressure in finance. Highly recommended! Make the short drive to Fort Bend Kia... YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!

This dealership was definitely worth the drive.From the moment we stepped foot here we were treated with honesty and respect. Devin our sales rep was very professional and explained everything in detail. No schemes or aftermarket add-ons, which is what other dealerships are doing right now. Devin was phenomenal and made the whole process a smooth ride, always communicating with us and answering all of our questions.. And the financial department was great to work with. If you're looking for a sales person that will look out for all your needs Devin is your guy. Devin and Gaston are definitely a great team from Kia to work with.

Miguel did a great job on helping me out with my car! My tire needed to be replaced and he got it done with no issues at all. He informs his clients on their car. Also, while you are waiting himself, and the gentleman who sits in front of him, I believe his name was Jerry. But, both of em will talk to their clients while we wait. Which is a great idea.These 2 deserve a raise and a higher commission if y’all do.

I'm quite disappointed with my recent experience involving a trade-in at this dealership. During the booking process, I was assured of a fair trade-in value, but that promise fell flat when it came time for delivery. The offered amount for my vehicle was ridiculously low, especially when compared to quotes from other dealerships, including CARMAX offer after inspection, which they refused to match.It's clear they counted on the fact that I was invested in buying the vehicle I had waited for. Unfortunately, this left me with two unappealing choices: either accept an unreasonably low trade-in value or pay taxes on the full car price and sell the car elsewhere without tax benefits. Either way, it's loss of money and additional efforts if selling outside.If you're considering trading in a vehicle, I'd think twice before going here. My experience suggests they're not the best option when it comes to fair trade-in deals.Apart from that, it was relatively good experience with the sales team and the delivery was on time.

The finance guy (Gustavo) will have this business shut down. Mark my words. This dude is extremely rude!!! While working through down payment I mentioned should I buy a car somewhere else? He says yeah, go ahead and do that. This was all because he didn’t want to take more than 3 thousand dollar debit down payment to avoid fees. As a person that works in the car business (myself) just know word of mouth travels fast. Way to blow a deal.

This is the 3rd Kia dealership i have used for warranty work, & the farthest distance from home of the three. Dropped off the car with no appointment on Saturday and picked it up on the following Wednesday with the a/c repaired. Definitely our go to dealer now.

I was not originally considering Kia or a new vehicle. However, after shopping for vehicles for 6 weeks and getting the constant runaround/gimmicks from other dealers, I was referred to Ft. Bend Kia. I couldn't be more grateful for that referral. Ft Bend Kia was a giant breath of fresh air. Within a couple minutes of my first phone call, I knew this was the dealership I wanted to do business with. I was able to get into the exact vehicle I decided on earlier than I expected. During the process, my wonderful sales associate Mario promptly updated me on the status of vehicle shipments and options. When it came time to close, the experience was streamlined and consistent. From the front desk to management, everyone was ready for me at my appointment time, the closing price was exactly what I expected to pay, and the monthly payment came out a few dollars under what I had calculated at home. As for the car, I came away with much, much more vehicle than I was expecting at my price point. I am thoroughly enjoying my Kia, but I must say that the outstanding and truly unique service at Ft Bend Kia made my vehicle decision for me. They will be my first option for a new or used vehicle purchase in the future.

SAVE YOURSELF THE EXPERIENCE. My recent experience at Fortbend Kia in Richmond Rosenberg was quite disappointing. While their prices were decent, the overall customer service left a lot to be desired. From the moment we walked in, we didn't feel welcomed or valued as potential customers.One of the sales representatives we encountered was particularly rude. When we attempted to negotiate the price of the car we were interested in, he responded dismissively, saying, "If you don't like the price, you can leave." This was extremely off-putting and made us feel like our business was not appreciated.Despite the poor customer service, we decided to purchase the car because it was what my dad wanted, within his pricerange, and readily available. However, the entire buying process was unpleasant and far from enjoyable. It was the most horrifying buyer experience we've had.In conclusion, while Fortbend Kia may offer competitive prices, their lack of professionalism and poor customer service overshadowed any potential savings. I would recommend they take a lesson from Audi Sewell Sugarland on how to treat their customers with respect and create a welcoming atmosphere for buyers.

I see a lot of reviews saying they were “treated like family” and I find that hard to believe. Mario was the sales representative assisting me. He was HORRIBLE at communication. Didn’t tell me the car was arriving until the day it came, so I had no time to shop for the best APR (after waiting 3 months). Then he was in no hurry to let me actually come pick up my new vehicle. Instead, he went on vacation and dumped me on another sales rep, while waiting till the day of to tell me he wouldn’t be there. Anytime I called, nobody was ever available to help, whether it be sales or finance. And forget about a call back. I went on over to Gillman Honda and received excellent service and bought a new car the same day. The only thing Fort Bend Kia did right was getting me my deposit back quickly. The guys at Honda said Fort Bend Kia was likely blowing me off to up-charge my car to someone else. Don’t go here.

I have been having Ft. Bend Kia service my vehicle for going on two years and the service has been good. In June I had a tire rotation and oil change done. after about a month of driving I noticed that they didn't rotate the tires and the service technician actually noted on my paperwork that he didn't rotate the tires. I called back to the dealership to let them know what happened. The only thing I received was we're sorry and we'll rotate them for you for no charge.The problem I'm having now is my trust issues are kicking in. If you don't provide a service, don't charge for it!!!!!!!

Fort Bend Kia was amazing!! Everyone there was so knowledgeable, Lawrence (my sales person) was the best, and it was a great experience. I bought my first car and felt so heard and learned so much without feeling pressured. This is a great place to buy a car. Kia family for life!!
