I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Frost Bank branch was incredibly disappointing. I came in expecting a simple, straightforward process to open a nonprofit account, and instead I was met with confusion, disorganization, and a lack of basic customer service.
The branch manager’s tone was dismissive, unwelcoming, and made me feel as if I was doing something wrong just by asking for help. As someone with a background in banking before moving into real estate, I know what professional, respectful service looks like — and this was not it. The way I was treated was not only unprofessional but also discouraging for someone bringing legitimate business.
What makes this experience even more unfortunate is that I planned to bring additional personal and business accounts here, as well as refer others. Instead, I left feeling uncomfortable, unheard, and definitely not valued as a potential customer.
I hope Frost Bank will address the leadership and training at this location, because no customer should be made to feel this way.

Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I come from the banking industry myself before transitioning into real estate, and the level of unprofessionalism I experienced at this branch was shocking.
There was zero organization, no clear process, and it felt like the blind leading the blind regarding how to open a nonprofit account. The branch manager did not seem to know the basic procedures — something every manager should be fully equipped to handle from start to finish.
To make matters worse, his tone and demeanor were rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. He acted as if I was trying to scam him rather than treating me like a legitimate customer seeking standard service. His professionalism and lack of effort were deeply concerning.
What’s unfortunate is that I would have brought additional business and other accounts to this branch. In fact, I could have referred multiple customers within the business industry. Instead, the experience made me question the leadership and training at this location.
Upper management may want to seriously reevaluate who is representing the Frost Bank name at this branch.

Very proactive. I received a text warning of suspicious activity early on a Federal holiday. I was able to call their 24/7 customer service & record the transaction as fraudulent, refuse the charges & cancel the card, this protecting my account balance. Picked up a new card the very next day...wasn't charged a "new card" fee or mailing charges. Overall, they relieved my stress...very professional & proactive!!

Everytime I do a mobile deposit , my mobile banking is locked and card locked because they find a reason to need to go and investigate each check. One being a Treasury check which was ridiculous. So inconvenient and ends up taking days to have my money. Thinking about going back to my old bank where this was never a issue .

I walked in and asked if I can exchange $10 for a roll of quarters. The two associates said,”No,” and laughed at me as I walked out the building. No I don’t bank there.
