Everytime I do a mobile deposit , my mobile banking is locked and card locked because they find a reason to need to go and investigate each check. One being a Treasury check which was ridiculous. So inconvenient and ends up taking days to have my money. Thinking about going back to my old bank where this was never a issue .

I walked in and asked if I can exchange $10 for a roll of quarters. The two associates said,”No,” and laughed at me as I walked out the building. No I don’t bank there.
