This man is the best, he is very friendly and helpful he will not fix anything until you ask him to. He will not give you the run around. He's straight forward. I will always use him. And his wife has always been very friendly and helpful.And if you bring your vehicle in early for something minor he'll do his best to get it done by that day .

I can't say enought about how helpful, professional and knowledgeable Guy and his employees were. I brought my car in and within a few hours they reached out to me with the diagnosis. Took my car for
- refrigerant leak issues.
- brakes and rotors replacement
- rear door locked and unable to be opened
The quotes was too high to be repaired . For rear door unlocking he quoted $1200. That’s what triggered me.
Anyway bought my car back without repair.
Did some google and first thing I checked was fuse for rear door. It was missing in the slot. I replaced with right fuse and door was perfectly opened. $1200 lol.
However, after 2-3 days my steering fluid started leaking (we don’t drive this car often) .
I myself started looking into details and noted the STEEL braided high pressure hose was damaged . It’s very safe and strong hose and can’t be easily damaged.
To me it appears- it was intentionally hit by sharp tool by someone at this garage.
There was no need to access the steering fluid for my repair.
For rotors and brakes the replacement quote was reasonable.

Last time I had work done here, I left to go fill up my gas tank and gas started leaking out my tank straight onto my muffler. My car could have burst into flames I had not found out so quickly. I don't know if these are the same owners, but it was that goofy looking dude named Sammy, I'm sure he purposely poked a hole in my gas tank.

I was referred to Guy by my neighbor who's been in this neighborhood for years and had nothing but great experiences the couple of times that I have brought my car by now. Does it sometimes take a second because they're very busy? Yes. But I know it by now so I stay on top of it on the phone if I need my car, or wait patiently if I don't. Overall, they're very honest (One time, Guy offered not to charge me for the replacement labor if I brought in my own battery, which he did) and I trust that they know what they're doing. I have been to other mechanics that did not give me the same peace of mind and this is not a good feeling when driving your car on Houston highways.

Recently had some major engine repair done. Had my car back for a little while now to see if all is well and it seems to be. Although the repairs were quite expensive, and I know it took a great deal of effort, Guy stayed within the lower side of the estimate. There's a reason he stays busy and it's obvious why. Great staff as well. Very appreciative.

I took my car the service was super great the mechanic was super great fix my car it's running great no knew what was wrong with my car until I took it to Mr Guy I will never take it to any one else !
