UPDATE: customer service ain't what it used to be... half the time they are rude and act like you are inconveniencing them. Can't ever find anyone to help and it's always "not my area" when you ask them for help.
I am basically at this Home Depot everyday! Everyone that works here is way better than most HD locations. They are always friendly and most know I used to have my daughter with me every time and now ask where she is at when she isn't with me. I haven't really had any issues with low materials. Every now and then they will be out of something that I am looking for, but it is not a regular problem. The store is clean and well laid out, unlike a lot of the other Houston area HD locations.

This homedepot has Horrible customer service. I walked your store for 20 minutes asking of someone can help. I was told they will send some one to the aisle. Me and my wife waited and waited. Now I'm very upset so I begin asking for manager. No manager presence. I was told 3 managers where on duty. Where's the customer service? Do your customer need to be knowledgeable about what they need and know where to find those item themselves. I will never come back to this location. I'll rather go to sugarland where customer service is a priority.

It's a nice location, but you can really tell the service is different from the locations closer to the city. Staff aren'treally knowledgeable with their system, and it's challenging to get someone to assist, at least in my case with plumbing.

This location is really bad. In stock items are usually still in the shipment boxes instead of on the floor ready to pick and checkout. It’s impossible to find an employee willing to help you get an item. They avoid you like the plague. When you do manage to get someone to help, they barely look for the item then redirect you to another location if it will take them too long to get it. They will say they don’t have any although online it says are 100s of the item in stock. This has happened to me more than once. A 20 minute trip turns into an hour - you still leave empty handed. You’re better off ordering online for pickup or just going to a different location.

Worst customer service. I went in to buy a new lawnmower and asked the rep if he could assist because they were stacked on top of each other in boxes. Instead of helping he just pointed to it and said it’s right there you can get it. If I could give no stars I would.

Just waited 30 minutes at customer service to return a tub of grout before work. They cant get anyone to open up a register? Always add an hour to your trip just in case

The employees here made my father, with a hurt arm, load a big order of concrete mix bags himself because "it was a lot of work for them to do", and I quote from an employee himself, "I will not be loading that, it is too much". Both employees stayed and watch my dad load 2 pallets of concrete bags. Finally my mom had to step in and help.
