I believe I waited in line for 15 minutes. It's not like people have full baskets. The one cashier today was extremely slow. I saw several employees but no one helping. Finally the one cashier call for an associate for back up, 5 minutes laters she appears and tells the the cashier and employees at the front "I'm not here for back up" thats terrible and they should reconsider her employment.

I made a trip to Houston and went to HomeGoods and had the best experience ever! Tabi was at register 5 and she was the best cashier I have seen, her attitude and kindness was incredible. Thank you for a great experience

I have always liked shopping at this particular homegoods, but today, dec 02 at 9:45, I am disappointed. There was a line, the red headed cashier called for back up several times while the other cashier was there talking to someone which I figured out was her boyfriend. Leaving a whole bunch of us in line for 10mins plus. The line was so long that some customer left the line. This is unprofessional.

I usually frequent the Homegoods in Houston but happened to be in the area and stopped here. WOW! I'm soo used to the ones in the city being bare or disorganized because they fart so many people. Even my boyfriend said "this is nice" and he usually dreads the homegoods trips I drag him into . I feel like the store was clean, they had a very wide selection of items that most importantly weren't broken, used/open, missing pieces or empty boxes. Definitely one of the nicer stores I've been to!

First time for me but daughter was buying up the store in throw pillows for the couch. I've never seen so many throw pillows hopefully this will shop my back from hurting when I visit her house.

I can never go into this establishment without leaving with something I don’t know if that’s a good thing or bad thing. But what I do know is that the staff is very polite and very nice and is very organized and clean.

I love the store! I have shopped here since its opening over the years. The one in Richmond TX Brazos town center up graded its category placement of goods and shelving / organization. They have everything- decor, kitchen, eats, pets, lamps, bath, furniture, college room needs, rugs, good seasonal items and gifts! A go to
