Went in for a car wash and when I arrived to vacuum after my wash I noticed the vacuum was not working. After asking several other customers I did ask an attendant why the vacuums weren't working and he stated "we're closed". Why have customers go through the car wash and not allow them to vacuum. Mind you there were guest going through the car wash after me. The wash itself was not good, leaving a film on my car and hard buff marks that I could not get rid of. Definitely would not recommend.

To be honest, I like their vacuums better than their actual wash because there is always dirty spots on my car after I go thru.

My side mirror came off going through the car wash for the first time trying this car wash. The owner was responsive about the situation and got the mirror fixed a couple of days later but the guys its just and a** and has zero customer service whatsoever dude was just rude in general about the whole situation and it took them 4 hrs to get the mirror fixed and out the new one back in i just waited there patiently wasting pretty much my whole day waiting for this side mirror to get fixed. His employees were nice especially Jose either way im not the type to do this probably ny first time ever doing this but with the rudeness and hassle and time that this took from it was just ridiculous I could've been ubering making my money like i was supposed to

Apparently this place is under new management and it’s not working for them. We absolutely loved when they first opened. The previous manager was so accommodating and exactly what a manager should be. We only had one car on the account and sometimes my husband would be the one to take it. They offered us to use a second punch card when we got the interior done because sometimes we forgot to trade out and said that we could just combine them later. Well, apparently the new management decided not to honor this. So even though it was the exact same card on the same one car that we took there and paid the extra money to get the interior detailing for, they refused to treat their customers with the same respect as the previous management. We decided to cancel our account with them. Best of luck to the establishment’s other customers.

I have a sub with you guys and came to wash my car at 6:30 pm and the website says you are open but you are closed and I call and no answer....? I'm canceling my 40.00 a month sub.

If we were local, I would definitely have a membership. Very clean and they offer detailing services as well. Free vacuum as well as a small air nozzle to blow off excess water.

So impressed! Amazing service the guys who did my Tesla detailing and my brother truck which was full of dog hair did amazing job! They quoted me a normal price nothing crazy in the 100$ range like other places, whichMakes me more comfortable going every month and being able to afford it. I did the interior super package and loved it! Also i would tip the guys too they do a box in front . Which the girl mentioned goes evenly out to all of them.For detailing i would highly suggest them they take Thier sweet time and i love that!Services: Auto detailing
