Having used Jackson Hewitt in the past, this year's experience was the best. My tax preparer was extremely friendly, and they had all my tax information on file, except for this years forms. I scheduled an appointment and my taxes were done in less than an hour.

Set my appt in March for April 1. I was planning on taking advantage of the 149.00 special. After my taxes were done, the employee said it would cost 638.00. She said the special was over. If I had seen anything about that on the site, I would have set my appt for 3/31. The store supervisor gave me a 200.00 discount, that was still about 300.00 more than I had planned. I'm happy with the store employees. They went above and beyond but I doubt I'll be back.

The young lady named Trina was amazing. Her customer service was above average. She tried to assist me with retrieving some needed documents and was not able to assist within the time needed. Explained to her I was leaving town for business later today. She setup a appointment for me in another city call the young lady explained what was to be done . Thank you Trina you are very kind.
