I've had a mostly positive experience at this Jiffy Lube location.
Once, they almost missed something until I pointed it out, but to be fair, they were very busy at the time.
Aside from that, they've been fantastic. They’ve saved me hundreds of dollars by being honest about what my car actually needs and doesn’t need, and when.
Their oil changes are quick and efficient, and the service is reliable. For a Jiffy Lube, this is a great spot!

The young lady was very helpful and kind. The young men there desperately need to learn customer service skills. When I drove up the bell went off to let them know I was there. No one showed up. I waited two minutes. Yes, two minutes. I then honked my horn. Then a young man came around the corner and came to my drivers side window. I rolled down my window and he asked “What do you want “? I pointed to the sign that said “oil change”. I said “an oil change”. He was not interested in selling me an oil change. It was like I was bothering him by driving up and asking for the very thing that they were selling. A young black lady stepped up and took over. She was very nice and showed me that she genuinely cared about helping me today. After that I only talked to her about my oil change. Any stars that I would give this location is for her efforts.

Everything fine, except the brakes still screech. I have been dealing with this all through 2024. Have spent many hours in there while they work on the brakes. They still screech when I put on the brake and sometimes when I am turning a corner. That happened again after I left the service center. I will go back in there in the next couple of days.

This is my second time going to jiffy lube for a state inspection and from those two times always had great and respectful encounters with the workers.

Stood at the register 20 minutes while employees kept coming in and ignoring me. A guy literally walked in behind me and they asked him if he needed help first before asking me. Then the guy realized I hadn't been help but he was literally the 3rd person while the girl and elder man with glasses literally spoke to me and made eye contact while watching me wait. I ended up leaving.
