I bought a toy from here and once I got home I went to change the batteries since it didn't work and there was battery acid leaking from inside! I called Kohl's and they didn't sound the slightest bit worried, they just asked me to return it to get a refund. It was only $9, I didn't feel it was worth risking driving with it just to return it and potentially getting resold to another customer. I also live 45 minutes away and took time out of my day to go pick it up, which I typically don't have. So I'm just going to throw it away and I won't be shopping there anymore. That was one of my first purchases from Kohl's in years!

Super happy that the Sephora inside has most brands that stand alone Sephora’s would have. The selection may be small but they made sure they added all of the high quality brands!

Best Kohls around. I am in the area of two stores and yours is the best. The Kohls in my city was made smaller!!! Still messy z. Clerks are nice but it helps to have sizes to choose from too! Wish this Kohls were closer.

There Tall and Big men shirts are 2 sizes smaller than labeled. You better try on any shirts bought thete.

Wow! This store has been beautifully renovated physically but gotta mention that the staff … they are amazing- friendly and most of all helpful! They went above and beyond to provide me with excellent customer service. Not just just 1 person but multiple!

Just left, there was only one register open and the cashier was talking to the customer in front of me way too long. Another register open so I went there and the other one finally finished talking so I came back. I said I didn’t know how long you were gonna be cuz you were talking so I went to the other one and she said cuz I was helping the customer. No ma’am ya were talking about siblings and sharing rooms and dresses and I was in a rush, the conversations took too long and there was a line. She also forgot to take the security tag off so now I gotta go back tomorrow. I haven’t been to kohls in awhile and this ruined my shopping experience today.
