I usually dread going to get an oil change because you never know if it’s gonna take 45 minutes or an hour and a half and how are you gonna be treated while you’re there but Rawlings is unbelievable. I took my fiancé‘s Nissan Marano there to get an oil change Guy had me pulled in handed him. The keys sat down for 10 minutes and he was done. I was like wow that’s the way it should be. Good attitude nice folks clean store. I’m gonna take my tundra there right next oil change no more dealership.

Took a car in for an oil change. It was leaking after so brought it back. They said the gasket was worn out so they said they replaced it. Months later, noticed oil was leaking and when my dad went to change the oil and try to figure out why it was leaking, THERE WAS NO GASKET AT ALL. Never going back here. Lesson learned–do it yourself!

Best customer service ever! State inspection in & out within 10 mins. It’s the little things that matter. Instead of handing off the key to me at the counter, I had this nice Technician (sorry, I didn’t catch his name) waiting by my car with the door opened :-) thank you!
