Just wanted to share our experience at Legacy Ford Yesterday. It started out on the wrong foot but I just wanted to thank one of the mangers who stayed professional through the whole process. Aaron Mueller was great even when dealing with a difficult customer. So If you’re looking to buy a Ford Vehicle and your in theRosenberg area go see Aaron he will make sure you get what you need and remain professional throughout.

All the staff is very rude. Very bad experience. Every time we drop our truck off for service. Even the manager is very hateful. Unhelpful they lost our keys. I dropped off my truck a week ago they never called. To say it’s ready. Or what the issue was with the vehicle they never resolved the issue all the time we drop off the vehicle there it’s our ward against they lost my personal keys to my house to my hitch they claim their own responsible for stolen items which day misplaced or took and the manager has no intentions to be helpful or try to resolve the issue. He’s more angry than anything not one employee or manager is helpful I would not recommend this place Legacy Ford I do not approve of this location. I’d rather go 25 miles or further to a better location. Poor poor service.

My infotainment screen went black. The service team schedule my car as soon as the part arrived. Unfortunately the replacement part was defective but they were on it. The replacement part arrived in no time at all (3 days) and I was scheduled for repair right away, which was a relief because I had travel plans in a few weeks. Red made sure I had transportation to and from work with their valet service while it was being serviced. The driver was very thorough and pleasant. The service technician even dusted the inside of my car after he completed the repairs. Legacy has a really great team! You guys rock! I highly recommend Legacy Ford for sales, parts and service! Very satisfied customer!!

Jacob Reyes was my sale person always bothered him with a manual came in because that’s what I wanted. Soon enough a si got traded in and 2 weeks later I went through with it both Jacob and sales managers worked their magic and got me the car. So happy with the purchase and them working with me to have me get it.If you want a new or used car, go see Jacob ! If you need some recalls or repair work… come see me in service :)

Legacy fords response was great. Vehicle I bought was everything Venessa showed me it was. I don’t live in Texas, had This vehicle shipped to me out of state. Venessa was patient and nice since this was my first vehicle purchase online and out of state.They set me up with shipping and it arrived a day early. Vehicle was clean (other than bugs) underneath,engine bay and inside.quick trip to car wash and I was on my way. Would also recommend New territory trading for shipping. They all made this a good experience. Thank you.

Went in as a out of state buyer had everything written on paper and signed by sales manager went into finance and signed went over my paperwork and was completely different numbers than the invoice I agreed too check twice before signing anything

I recently purchased a 2023 Super Duty from Legacy Ford of Rosenberg. The salesman Joe Payne was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle, accessories and service department. I will always buy my trucks and recommend others to go see Joe for their new truck.

I have a recall notice that my windshield arms on my 2020 Ford Lariat need to be changed. I've called twice and each time they say they don't have the parts. Also they want the truck for an entire day just to check if the wiper arms really need to be changed. Then another day later once they get parts to change. I asked them to get parts and let me know when they have them and I'll bring truck in, but that's too hard for them to do! But me bringing my truck to them twice is not hard!

Just got a price for a ford maverick XLT, 42K and change, it has an 8000 DOLLAR market adjustment! Jesus, that is insane. I dont know what is up with people, you need to STOP paying over MSRP! Esp for a made in mexico, a ford escape with a bed maverick!

I recently purchased a used 2022 Ford Edge from Legacy Ford. My salesperson was Phillip Williams. I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received. I wish I could give him 10 stars. Phillip was so helpful and patient. He bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. I definitely recommend!

I recently did a trade in with my vehicle, also having fair credit and the salesman Erik really helped me into a brand new vehicle! I was very happy with the process as it was quick and easy! After an unfortunate hit and run that totaled my vehicle, I was in a hurry to find something new. I inquired on a Bronco online and Mia Sexton made it happen. She quickly negotiated the deal via texts, emails, and phone calls. It was a great experience. Since I live 3 hours away from the dealership, all the logistics and timing had to line up. If you are in the market for a vehicle, go to Legacy and ask for Mia Sexton. Not only was she knowledgeable on all the vehicles we test drove but she took her time working with us. At no time did we ever feel any pressure to buy. Even after the purchase, Mia went above and beyond and reached out to us to make sure everything was fine. We will be returning to Mia when we need another vehicle.
