My issue with Lowes isn't the store, it's the hiring process. I've been told dozens of times that this store is actively hiring and looking for workers, yet every time I apply and proceed to the next steps, I am spammed with text messages over the next few days saying that there "are no available dates for an interview". Then, when I FINALLY get told by the robot that there's an opening, and I try to reserve it, having reacted within mere minutes of receiving the alert, I get told, "this interview date is no longer available." I mean, how is that possible??? And how has it happened THREE TIMES??? PLEASE, either fix your system, or go back to doing things the old fashioned way, and hire people in person. But, hey, this is a fortune 500 company, I doubt they'll change.

HORRIBLE-I bought a dishwasher at the end of January. It took a week for them to deliver it. When it was delivered the guys told me if anything was wrong call Lowe’s. Well the dishwasher door was broken. I had them pick it back up. I ordered another dishwasher. I waited a week they were supposed to deliver it on Sunday February 11. Well that day came and went. No one called or let us know that they weren’t coming on that day. Well today is Wednesday. The guy comes to install it and takes it out of the box off and it’s crushed. I’ve tried reaching out to Lowe’s to see when I will have a dishwasher after weeks and no one can tell me anything, but give me a case number. I’ve always thought highly of Lowe’s and they have really disappointed me and I won’t be doing anymore business with them. Today is February 14 and I’m still without a dishwasher and have no clue when I will be getting it.

Pro section staff is buring the time clock. They stand around to discuss frivolous things instead of helping customers. When asked for help on several occasions, they came with an excuse that someone entered SKU incorrectly, and they dont actually have it.. Women staff is more motivated than the pro section.

Y'all have something in stock online and when I'm ready to pick it up in store, then go around and telling me y'all don't carry it? What's up with your online inventory?Customer service was wack too when no one was there to find me an alternative as well. Smh, better somewhere else.

This is the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced at a Lowe’s. My mom and I ordered a wall oven, range hood, and cook top for her house. Lowe’s suggested we have pre measurements done to make sure we have the correct sizes. Lowe’s informed us that we had ordered the incorrect wall oven size. So we placed another order to replace the wall oven to the size Lowe’s told us to purchase.Lowe’s came out to install the wall oven and the installer mentioned to us that we need the 27” wall oven we first purchased and the not the 24” wall oven. I’m highly disappointed in this store. I called today to get this issue resolved and no one in appliances picked up the phone and the manager on duty did not answer as well. We will NEVER purchase/order anything from this Lowe’s again!

Being handicapped it’s so sad when I have to leave because they do not have one working handicapped cart they are all dead. They are nice employees but a few were standing around talking they could have been getting the carts bring them in and charge them this must be a management issue. I’ve always loved shopping at Lowe’s so this made me sad. My suggestion get more carts and make sure the employees make sure they go get them and keep them charged because we non mobile people love to shop too.

Not as willing to help as ace hardware, still a good location maybe it's policy but they wouldn't help me with exchanging a broken craftsman tool with lifetime warranty where as ace gave me a new one with no questions asked

I went to Lowe’s to buy a bathroom vanity needed help taking it to the front and loading it to my truck. I’m so thankful for Jared he helped me. He went above and beyond to help me with two big items I bought that day. We need more people like him.

Dont buy tools from here! I bought a kobalt ratchet winch here about 15 years ago, with life time warranty. Tried to exchange it and was told to call kobalt. Also I tryed to return a warranty Craftsman heavy duty rake. Its also about 15 years old, but still had life time warranty sticker on it. I was told to call craftsman. Will never buy tools here again, they suck. Update, called kobalt and they said it’s hassle free life time warranty and for me to go back and tell who ever didn’t want to help me that I needed someone else. I went back and they starting saying call kobalt. I stopped her and said i did and they said for you to get someone who can help me. Everything changed at that moment. I was able to swap it out with a new one that also says hassle free life time warranty.
