Hector was incredibly knowledgable. We visited another location in Houston a few weeks back, and returned to this location since it was closer to us. We are so glad we did - I’d recommend going out of your way for Hector at this location, especially if you want real answers. I've never met anyone who found mattress shopping an enjoyable experience; however, our latest purchase was enjoyable, and by that I mean I wish I had started with Mattress Firm, particularly the young lady who assisted me over the phone. Her name is Isabelle. What matters to me most, when purchasing anything from a salesperson is that they LISTEN! She was not high-pressure, took into consideration our needs, and made helpful suggestions. Above all else, she was patient. Normally, I would never purchase a mattress online or over the phone but she guided us towards what we wanted and made the experience painless. Bravo Isabelle. Hope I spelled her name correctly!

Would recommend Hector 100%. Called in 10 min before close and asked if it was ok to come in. Needed a mattress ASAP. He was extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly and transparent.
